Pros: Alfredo made everything much easier and was very positive to see on the desk every day

Comfortable, perfect location, great base, wonderful staff

Pros: A dream location for exploring Como during the day and were more than helpful with securing a taxi to travel to the middle of the lake last min when a driver had to cancel. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Great place for a couple of nights

Pros: All bedrooms have verandas, the beds were comfortable, free parking, close to everything The price was reasonable for what they offered

Cons: The shampoo/gel machine was broken and empty, so I had to use the small soap they provided Some bedrooms are incredibly small, especially the showers In the faq you said all bedrooms had a small fridge and none did. But we appreciated the gesture in offering up the fridge from the eating area (this space is not open to anyone) I had to work on friday and had meetings. I had to go ask the cleaning ladies to be more careful with the doors as they kept slamming them, and you could hear everything in the meeting

Cons: Foi solicitado um berço no ato da reserva e o pedido não foi atendido.

Pros: Eu gostei que era próximo do aquashow e não muito longe da praia de carro. O preço é bom, e o local é tranquilo e sem barulho e tem estacionamento. Tinha supermercados e restaurantes próximos que dava pra ir a pé.

Cons: A água do chuveiro deve morava aquecer e saía muito pouco, e o esgoto do banheiro fendia, tinha que ter sempre a porta fechada.
