Vila Ninita

Pros: The villa is very spacious and in a great area, just a 10 to 15 minute walk to the marina well served with bars and restaurants. The pool area with lots of seating. The hosts were on hand if needed and made our visit special

Cons: Mosquitos in vilamoura were a problem so go armed with a good repellent.

Loved it, Joao and Helena were wonderful hosts. Would stay again

Pros: It was a large, spacious property, with an amazing pool

Cons: It was quite dark inside, from lots of wood panelling, but it was very beautiful nonetheless

Fantastic Villa

Pros: Everything was great hosts Joao and Helena were friendly helpful and on hand if needed. Villa was perfect - clean well equipped and great location pool was clean and cleaned every evening

Brilliant

Pros: Wonderful location, top notch pool, great but non intrusive hosts. Great WiFi. Would throughly recommend. There were five of us and plenty of space.

Lovely Ninita villa

Pros: Lovely villa with a great location . Villa had a very traditional feel to it and everything you need for a lovely stay. Great location with the marina and restaurants all within 15/20 casually stroll. Many thanks to the owners who meet and greet you on arrival and show you around .

Pros: Lovely hosts Joao and Helena. We arrived during the recent power outage and our hosts looked after us with water and battery lights. The villa is wonderful and has all the amenities you could wish for.

Pros: Location was excellent, handy to shops and the Marina. South facing Garden with pool, uninterrupted sun all day.

Cons: Would only be picking at minor things, and I would have to think.

Excellent stay and would recommend

Pros: Villa is located in an ideal location to Vilamoura marina etc and very close to smaller shops/supermarkets, we also visited Quarteira beach area which is nearby and affordable in taxis. Hosts are friendly and welcoming and live in the basement apartment of the villa. The Villa was clean and tidy and nice to have both room towels and pool towels on our arrival. Facilities were ideal as we used the washing machine a few days and the air con although wasn't used often at all when it was required it cooled the bedrooms down nicely. Nice large pool area with seating. WIFI and smart TV all operated without issues. Kitchen had all we needed and the large fridge came in handy, basics such as washing up liquid and hand soap all included which was good to see. Travelling with young children under 3 we saw the amounts of furniture with doors etc they could get into but we were pleasantly surprised that all these had been fixed shut so no nipped fingers to be had.

Cons: Very slight criticism, on arrival the kids were desperate to get in the pool however the water must have just been changed out as it was absolutely freezing and the kids jumped out of it quicker than they went in which made them not was to use it again for the rest of the stay. Soon warmed up into day 2 but would have been better to know that when we arrived. As others have said, main mattress very firm. Outdoor area could do with some new furniture, rattan sofa and lounger chair cushions showing signs of wear.

Lovely week spent at Villa Ninita...

Pros: Location to the Marina. The villa is spotlessly clean and added bonus of a coffee machine. The bathrooms are a decent size and both showers are working. The pool has a shallow end and deep and was cleaned whilst we were there. We were met at the Villa by the owners ( who are both lovely )

Cons: Beds- too hard for me and my mother in law. I like a firm mattress ( but this was another level of firm) Outdoor furniture - bit dated and needs a bit of an upgrade.
