Pros: Property was great, Vanessa went above and beyond to make it feel like a home not just an apartment. The apartment had everything you need and was central to everything including beaches and supermarkets. It was also secure and safe. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay at Loulé Charming.

Cons: There’s nothing not to like.

Wish we could move there permanently !

Pros: Absolutely fabulous apartment. So clean, so comfortable, everything was catered for, down to the finest detail. Vanessa lovely caring lady, nothing too much trouble and so welcoming. Thank you SO much Vanessa for a beautiful apartment and fantastic stay.

Pros: The property was very spacious for our family. I particularly enjoyed having the choice of two balconies. The beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. You have a good selection of cafes nearby and a supermarket for essentials.

A good place to share time with friends and family.

Pros: We were really pleased with the apartment, it had everything we needed and more. It is as described and the photos accurately represent it. It is spacious and well equipped. Vanessa is a friendly host and there was good communication. Everything you need is close to the apartment, the location is very good and about 20 minutes to the beaches. Even if the apartment is near a main road, it is silent in the evenings and there is no problem with cars and we all slept well. We did not have time to use the pool that the apartment has an agreement with but it is a great alternative to going to the beach. I recommend it and would go back there again.

Pros: We liked the fact that everything you needed was there, it was well equipped, we had a slight issue with the shower Vanessa came over the same day to fix it, the location was excellent. We enjoyed staying there, thank you Vanessa

Superb Modern Apartment

Pros: The property is very well equipped with everything you need for a stay of several nights. It was furnished to an exceptional standard. Basic food to include milk, jams, bread, tea, coffee and oranges were provided. Vanessa was great and met us at arrival. Car parking underground was easy and secure. We were two golfers using the apartment as a base and it was perfectly located for this with just a 15 minute drive to all the courses you need. With two en-suite rooms it was ideal for us as well as for couples or a family.

Cons: Our only negative was that we struggled with the hot water. Hot taps needed running for some time, and wasteful, before warm water was available. I think just a technical problem that's all and I'm sure Vanessa will have this rectified immediately.

Pros: Prachtig ruim, schoon, appartement en je loopt in 10 minuten naar het centrum van Loule. Zeer goed contact met Vanessa en ze gaf alle tips die we maar konden wensen. Mooie ruime slaapkamers (3 stuks) en mooie badkamers (een met douche en wc en een met bad en wc. Ook nog een apart toilet is aanwezig. Garage onder het gebouw, waar je de auto gratis kwijt kunt, maar je kunt de auto ook gemakkelijk en gratis voor de deur parkeren.

Cons: Het duurde in de badkamers lang voordat we warm water hadden. Vanessa hielp ons hierbij zoveel mogelijk en dit probleem is nu ongetwijfeld opgelost. In de keuken is geen airco en (dus) ook geen verwarming, dat vonden wij een minpuntje. Want het is in de winterperiode best fris, wij waren in januari in het appartement. De woonkamer daarentegen is fantastisch en knus en lekker warm met de airco aan.

Pros: Fomos muito bem recebidos pela D. Vanessa, é uma anfitriã muito simpática e prestável. A casa estava muito limpa, bem equipada e bem localizada. Recomendo bastante.

Cons: Só foi pena a piscina não estar incluída. Custou 10€ por dia por pessoa.
