Pros: Very friendly staff. Room was very clean. Location on a quiet street. Many eating options around. Bus stop of the line going to Faro and Albufeira around 5 mins walk from the property.

Cons: Nothing really to dislike. Good value for money.

Pros: Great budget option. Clean room and excellent location near amazing beach and restaurants

Cons: Some people may find the bed too firm. I have a firm mattress at home so was good for me. Snack bar across the road can be heard some nights.

Pros: This was a great stay. The accommodation is very close to the beach (5 mins walk), so is perfectly located. The room has everything you need, including a fridge and a coffee machine. The host communication was excellent and friendly. And the price point is very fair. There were even some beach things (umbrellas, mats etc) to borrow for a beach day. I'd be sure to stay here again

Excellent basic accommodation and value for your money.

Pros: Location is great as it is between the old and new towns. A short stroll to Quarteira beach, shops and supermarket. We walked 20 minutes to Vilamoura Marina with more shops, bars and restaurants. There is a great Hamburger shop just next door and an authentic Portuguese Restaurant to the right. Real value for the money if you're okey with an accommodation with no frills. The shared kitchen was also great when we wanted to use the microwave and some utensils. The terrace is also a surprised addition where we sometimes sit and relax. The self check is is straight forward and the communication with the owner was very helpful.

Cons: Cleaning schedule is not that regular and we only got clean towels after the 4th day. The kitchen could do with a small cooker of one wanted a fried egg in the morning.

Pros: Lovely place to stay amazing location and great for valve as well.
