Stylish hotel in beach location

Pros: The hotel was exceptionally clean and although not huge, was well equipped. Breakfast offered good options with a fresh omelette station. We visited at Christmas so didn’t use the pool which is outdoor but it was wonderful looking, surrounded by manicured lawns and gardens. The location was low key and relaxing with the beach a 3 min walk and then a network of boardwalks allowed for strolls in all directions. The staff were very good and helpful in particular the restaurant and bar staff. Overall very impressed

Cons: A small gripe but the breakfast coffee is not great and an espresso machine would help

Fantastic stay!

Pros: I liked everything really. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention goes to Ricky, the evening concierge who provided a brilliant service.

Cons: I can't think of anything.

Lovely Relaxing Tranquil very clean hotel

Pros: A lovely tranquil and peaceful hotel - perfect for a chill break. Every part of the hotel and grounds was spotlessly clean. Lovely view from the room over the pool and can also see the sea so worth the extra. The pool area delightful with comfortable loungers, plenty of brollies and never a problem finding one. Free pool towels. If you have any questions wait for Riccardo to come on shift on reception - he was always smiling, welcoming and had great knowledge of the local area. His customer service skills are another level - they should use him to train the others! The food in the restaurant was good although the place itself a bit soulless - Pizzeria more buzz and again good food, service and value. Not an indoor pool as advertised but a nice very big round jacuzzi. If you go to the beach which is very close it's worth noting that they let you have just morning or afternoon sun loungers as well which is cheaper than paying for a full day if you don't need it.

Cons: With the exception of Riccardo as mentioned and the ever pleasant and smiling Winner we didn't find the staff particularly friendly or efficient - took us 3 requests and 4 hours to get a kettle in our room. Breakfast was a shambles - good selection of food but so disorganised. The room was too small for the number of guests - always difficult to find a table and these were crammed too close together. There was one poor girl doing all the table clearing, cleaning and resetting - she couldn't keep up so everyday we cleared and cleaned a table and found our own place settings. Whereas another young man's job appeared to be staring at the food for 5 minutes then coming out with one dish when 5 needed refilling - not an efficient division of labour. 1 toaster with only half of it working. For some strange reason they use side plates so you could never get a whole breakfast on one plate and everyone ended up using several plates. We did wonder if they use this hotel to train staff as they all seemed young and inexperienced except for one day when there were two more senior people in plus one of the good waiters from the pizzeria and things ran much more smoothly and you saw how good it could be plus staff who hadn't spoken to us all week suddenly greeted us. We felt the hotel seemed to lack any senior management - a good hotel manager in attendance would soon iron out these few problems that didn't spoil an otherwise lovely stay.

Better than expected, a good relaxing stay

Pros: Very good small hotel. Quiet and relaxing, not for kids. Good pool. Close to excellent beach. Good breakfast. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Really nice place

Pros: Very nice and quiet time spent there. The beach is only 5 minutes walk. The staff was nice and kind, also good choice for breakfast

Overall difficult to beat!

Pros: Very peaceful…been many times and the place largely doesn’t change…very easy to chill out and nobody bothers you. Brilliant breakfast.

Cons: Maybe the bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better this year. Another year and the same umbrellas!

Very nice stay. We got what we wanted and expected.

Pros: The sea was very close. Staff was very friendly. They made us feel welcome. Supermarket nearby. When we checked in, staff brought delicious wine to our room. The air conditioning works perfectly and was operable with a remote control.

Cons: Nothing actually. Minor remark: distance between city center and hotel is 8 km. Consider this when you book.

Perfect for a couples away break in a secluded area away from usual holiday set..

Excellent three days of holiday

Pros: The room was very nice and large with air condition, and balcony. The pool is clean and nice for swimming. The breakfast was great.

Pros: The manager Luisa took ownership of a small issue that we had at the hotel. Luisa took ownership, followed up and ensured that our stay was memorable. Thank you for taking good care of your guests!
