NAU Sao Rafael Suites - All Inclusive

Great value for money off season, tasty food, amazing coastline walks

Pros: All inclusive food was great and plenty during whole day, and nice variety of drinks. Suites appartment with one bedroom was spacious, with big bedroom and living room, two bathrooms, bath tub in one of them. Good hot water pressure! Very convenient with a vending machine next to spa selling basic pharmacy’s items. Friendly and attentive staff arranging for a surprise treat delivered to the room (sweets and bubble wine) for Valentines. Just 10 min walk to the stunning coastline and beach.

Cons: A bit tight with common scapes - bar and game room getting rather crowded, no evening entertainment space or a library neither. Spa was for an extra charge so we didn’t try it. Beds were too soft for my back.

Pros: The buffet had a lot of varieties.. Esp for us non meat eater.. They had a varieties of fish dishes daily. Def recommend going for their all inclusive. Staff were great, very helpful. They even have plenty of non alcoholic cocktails and 0 alcohol beer.

Great place

Pros: The staff were absolutely fantastic, they couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating! The food was delicious with a great variety each day. The rooms were so spacious with loads of storage. The bed was huge and really comfortable.

Cons: Even with all inclusive, you have to pay to use the indoor pool and spa area. This might not matter if the outdoor pools were heated, but they weren't. The balcony furniture needs cushions to be at all comfortable.

Really lovely hotel, fabulous food.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Fabulous food and any amount of it.

Cons: Only slight downside is that it's about 30 mins away from the centre. That said, it's only about €5 in an uber taxi.

Cons: We would have liked to use the spa but presence of football teams made that unattractive at the times we were able. Only one EV charger working which was expensive

Pros: Large well equipped room. Top quality food and beverages. Friendly well trained staff. Quick easy checkout in and out process.

Cons: Excessive queues for drinks. Only 1/2 people serving.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful hotel, lovely friendly staff always going above and beyond to help, wonderful location around 15 minutes from the main square used uber and cost around £5 each way, bedrooms lovely and clean, great selection of food, highly recommend

Pros: Friendly staff, spacious room, and good quality food. A beautiful beach only 11min walk away. Old Town about 8 min bold ride. Design and interior of hotel was nice and stylish.

Family friendly and comfortable

Pros: Staff were excellent - big shout out to Debora who was exceptional and a credit to the hotel; she went out of her way to support us esp as we had 2 young kids with us so she was great. Same with the lady on the reception with mouth piercing, very helpful. Everyone warm and welcoming. Local Beaches were pretty and within 10 min walk.

Cons: Buffet food generally good a bit same-y after a few days. Kids club not for under 4 (& no babysitting offered) Entrance to the indoor pool was extra cost (usually 45 euros for a family) which felt a bit of a rip off especially for an all inclusive. Activities were limited - maybe because end of season Large family room but felt a bit dated. Very comfy beds though!
