Second time staying and can’t wait to stay again!

Pros: We loved everything about our stay. This was our second time staying here and we would definitely stay again. The staff are amazing, they are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

All in all a very pleasant and restful stay.

Pros: Good breakfast, excellent staff very helpful, comfortable room and fairly well situated. Have stayed at the hotel on previous occasions and the service and facilities continue to be excellent.

Cons: That free wine glasses are only given to guests when ordering buffel meals and not to those ordering from a la carte menu when the latter is usually more expensive than the former.

Pros: Very comfortable, clean room and nice shower. Pool area well maintained and enjoyed the cocktails and food from the food van. Not crowded and plenty of space (we visited in October). Breakfast was well stocked and varied with enough vegetarian options that felt like good value. Gym is small - one bench, weights up to 30 kg, a bike, treadmill, eliptical. Basic but enough if you are there are few people. Restaurants and supermarket nearby that we walked to no problem. All staff were friendly and helpful the entire stay and we felt welcome as a LGBT couple.

Cons: The room has a bottle of water and 2 coffee pods on arrival. These are not restocked by room service, you have to pay for the coffee pods - I think this is an area for improvement because it feels transactional for a relatively small service. The dinner buffet was not good, but nice to have the option for those that do enjoy. The double bed is two singles pushed together with a top sheet over the top.

Excellent

Pros: Very nice buffet breakfast, both hot and cold food. Great choices all that you could wish for. Freshly cooked food by the chef also available if preferred. Had to check out early so hotel provided a breakfast box to go. Very comfortable spacious room with balcony. A wonderful experience, recommended.
