Cons: It is more for sports teams, not for regular visitors.

Excellent apart from the gym!

Pros: Location right by the track and cross country course. Great athlete hotel. Breakfast very good. Very clean and everything convenient for a training trip!

Cons: Not so much the hotel’s fault but the gym attached to the hotel was letting a couple and their baby & toddler in. I thought this was highly inappropriate and unsafe as there was weights lying around everywhere. Certainly not a place for children to be crawling around with people lifting weights.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful and suitable for have many Sports in it. Since we arrive the hotel very late at night, so when we ask for the reception if we can have a late check-out until 12:00 they agreed. Very good service for this.

Pros: Amazing front office staff , always cheerful and willing to help Great facilities inside .

Cons: Cleaning staff can do a better job . Breakfast can be better. Its the same things every day . We stayed more than a week and the kids were bored of the same breakfast every single day .

Exceptional!

Pros: Fabulous stay. Exceeded our expectations. The staff, especially the receptionist Pedro and duty Manager Pedro were very kind and helpful to us after our flight over was cancelled. Fantastic food, comfort, facilities and staff. Couldn’t recommend this place more, Cant wait to come back!

This was the perfect getaway for me and mate - a chance to relax, unwind, sip cocktails all day

Pros: The pool area was quiet and restful but had some entertainment you could tap into if you felt like it. The food and cocktails were excellent within the all inclusive option. The room was huge and very clean.

Cons: Some of the bar staff could have been a bit more enthusiastic or engaging. They were polite, quick and attentive but there was a distinct lack of engagement. The same for restaurant staff but they were all still very polite and were very quick to clean up tables etc.

Amazing staying at AP HOTEL VICTORIA

Pros: The staff,incredibly amazing and talented. The animators were kind and very friendly with all the kids,so many games during the all day long. The animation in the evening is also really cool,dance for adults and kids,belly dance,kids club ,activity in swimming pool,aqua gym,and a lot of other activities. We are very very happy and we were sad that we didn’t have say goodbye to all of them ! Also the waitress,the person who work at the bar/or in buffet in the breakfast area they are all gentle and kind. All beautiful!

Cons: The swimming pool a little bit more cleaned inside and in the floor,it like it’s was “sand”. And it’s little also a little bit more bigger it would be perfect
