Beautiful garden and the pool is lovely

Pros: A beautiful villa in lovely grounds. A lovely spacious garden and pool. Plenty of space for our extended family holiday.

Cons: The kitchen equipment would benefit from a major upgrade. Some tens are not fit for purpose and I communicated that to the hosts again this year. Cushions on some of the outdoor furniture also need replacing.

Amazing stay in beautiful spacious villa

Pros: Villa was to an exceptional standard. Spacious and plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 child. Modern clean furnishings. About 15min walk from quarteria or a 5 min uber. 5min uber ride to marina also. Parking for a car outside - We all felt secure and safe in the area. Plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. Bbq facilities were great and used well during our stay. 1 bedroom downstairs + 1 bathroom 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bathroom + 1 room is an ensuite. Plenty of crockery with everything you would need (apart from baking trays for the oven which seemed odd?!) - numerous plates, bowls, assortment of glasses, serving trays alongside equipment such as kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, washing machine, 2 large fridges. Had an issue with boiler which was fixed very quickly. Air con worked great and kept the villa cool despite 30c heat somedays. 3 sets of keys which made it easy for us to come and go. Balconies overlooking the garden in 2 of the rooms.

Cons: No cleaning products left for us to keep the place clean- such as washing up liquid, soap, bin bags, sponges, kitchen roll. Would be good to leave these things rather than having to go out and buy them (luckily we had a car). No condiments either for cooking (wasn't expected but would be nice) eg. salt, pepper, oils etc - be prepared to buy it all! Upstairs ensuite shower runs hot and cold but no big deal really. 4 sunloungers- might be nice to add a few more! That is just me being picky now! Amazing villa and amazing stay. Thank you.

Excellent stay prefect for a family holiday

Pros: Pool area and spacious inside . Air conditioning in every bedroom. Good bbq area

Cons: Lack of plastic glasses plates etc for outside dining. Parasol blew over twice .

Wonderful house with great garden in good location

Pros: This was a great villa in a good location. The garden was fantastic and the pool was very nice but was unheated. The weather was very warm so this wasn’t an issue for us. The BBQ was good and had tools. The villa was very clean and had comfy sofas, and there was ample parking available on the street

Cons: There were a couple of issues - the oven is very old and caused the electrics to trip when the temperature was set for over 150 degrees - so this could probably use replacement. The dishwasher also wasn’t too good at cleaning stuff. Finally the house didn’t have any basics provided - if the hosts could leave some washing powder, olive oil, salt and pepper etc that would be well received however this is just a suggestion and we were happy to buy and leave some of these essentials. None of this would put us off staying again though!

Would recommend Villa, but be aware regarding air conditioning

Pros: Comfortable bedrooms, bathroom and garden. Pool and garden area excellent. Regular pool cleaning good.

Cons: Lack of air conditioning in two bedrooms as weather was extremely hot.

Casa muy espaciosa y bien equipada.

Pros: Es una casa muy espaciosa, con habitaciones super amplias y camas y almohadas muy cómodas. El salón comedor también es grande y hay capacidad para que se sienten 5 personas en los sofás. La cocina está bien equipada, con utensilios de cocina variados y tuppers suficientes para guardar bien la comida en el frigorífico. Hay dos frigoríficos, algo esencial en una casa con tal capacidad. El exterior es tal cual se ve en las fotos, con la ventaja de tener tanto sol como sombra en diferentes espacios del terreno. El servicio que aporta la empresa que lo gestiona es bueno y ágiles en cuanto tienes alguna necesidad o dificultad.

Cons: Tuvimos dificultad para que el agua del grifo y de las duchas saliera templada, porque o sale fría o sale muy caliente (y con niños se hacen complicadas las duchas). Llamamos y vinieron a arreglarlo, pero no se solucionó. En general los baños y la cocina necesitan una renovación. A la piscina le faltan muchas baldosas y los bordes tienen manchas de cloro que no salen (pese a que se pasen una vez a la semana a hacer el mantenimiento de la piscina). El césped también vinieron a cortarlo una vez a la semana, es una pena que sea un estilo muy grueso, ya que no es cómodo sentarse en él. La gran sombrilla del jardín está rota, y en cuanto hay un poco de viento se vuelca porque le faltan unos buenos soportes.
