Nice villa in great location at a very competitive price

Pros: Great location Really lovely garden and pool Clean and comfortable Good value for money Would recommend

Cons: It’s a little tired in places and could do with a bit of an update and decoration Some bikes in garage not safe to ride (missing pedal, no brakes) Outside cobblestone need resetting as some are dangerous and a trip hazard Having said that we would definitely stay again as these issues weren’t massive, and if dealt with would happily pay more!!

Pros: We loved the villa, the gated pool was a god send for me to not worry about my 2 year old in the garden. The pool is also slightly heated which was a great treat!!

Pros: Hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. Pool was ideal and a nice temperature. Not too far from the marina. Very spacious villa. Quiet street. Great value for money.

Cons: Not close to a shop for essentials. Showers wernt the best.

Great value for money & has potential to be a fantastic villa. Everything you want, but need update

Pros: Value for money & main facilities like pool, garden, number, layout and quality or beds was perfect for us. The villa had all the basics that we were looking for, and a few bonus items as well. Plenty of seats in lounge and outside. Pool fence, property fencing and electric closing gate, meant our 5 yr old and 3 yr old could play in the garden safely. The property had a TV showing local programmes with access to online streaming I belive. The Pac-Man (and retro gaming machine) kept kids and adults occupied when not out in sun. Table tennis would have been great but only wooden paddles, no TT bats. Kitchen had everything required. Fridge/freezer (very cold), oven, microwave & plenty of plates, glasses, utensils etc. Villa is in beautiful location, surrounded by some very nice properties, backing onto a golf course (well hidden by garden bushes)

Cons: I have already said I would stay in the villa again & feel it is good value for money, however, they could charge a few hundred more (and I would happily pay it), if the owner spent some money on the property. THERE WAS NOTHING \

Pinewood review

Pros: Large spacious bedrooms and living rooms. Fantastic pool and sun lounger on terrace. Excellent villa with lots of space and accessories.

Cons: Sofas in living room not comfortable and no live TV.

Will definitely be coming back!

Pros: Pinewood villa is a fantastic place to stay. Within walking distance to Vilamoura marina and Quarteira. Pool and garden were great for our young children and very quiet area. Big open plan single storey villa so safe for children and lots of space.

Cons: Ony small issue was the cooker wasn’t working properly but we did bbq a lot so didn’t cause any issues. I would recommended replacing it.

Pros: Everything about this property was excellent. Any questions I had were answered promptly and the Lady who looked after the villa was wonderful
