Capetown Marina Luxury Villa - Private Pool

Pros: The location, the size of the villa, and the lovely host Luís, we couldn't have asked for nicer 😀 Luís was extremely helpful and was so nice to deal with. The pool is a great size, The villa was really spacious. It's literally a 2 minute walk from the marina. So ideal 👌

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like, but just a little note, that the mattress was a little hard, but honestly, we were very happy with our stay 😁

A great family holiday in a great location.

Pros: The villa is in a great location only a short walk to the marina and a 15 min (lovely) walk to Old town. The property manager was incredibly responsive to any issues we had. The villa had everything as a party of six that we needed. I would certainly recommend it

We loved the villa and would be delighted to return.

Pros: Very spacious, well equipped and maintained, private and quiet. Garden,pool and outdoor facilities were really good although the weather in late October wasn’t good enough for us to take full advantage. Luis was exceptionally responsive and helpful especially the evening we were locked out as we had left the key inside. Maybe a second set of keys would be useful.

Cons: We were disappointed that the TV listed as having satellite channels had no English channels. DVDs in the villa were all Portuguese which again not inclusive to non Portuguese audiences. The lamps in the bedroom weren’t bright enough to read by. Refrigerator Ice maker was clogged and not functioning on arrival but we managed to clear it ourselves.

Great holiday in a fantastic Villa and location could not have been any better.

Pros: This villa is exceptional. It is well equipped and extremely comfortable. The villa is only a few minutes walk from the marina and the old town a 20 minute walk. The host Luis, was excellent in his communication and very helpful. We would thoroughly recommend this villa/host

Cons: Nothing that we didn't like but having outdoor furniture on the large upstairs balcony would have been a great addition.
