Villa Melissa

Nice villa, a short walk to both the marina and the old town. We will book again.

Pros: Clean, nice layout, well equipped, comfortable, easy parking

Cons: Single beds are a little narrow, could do with a couple more chairs in the lounge, but generally very good.

Lovely stay in a nice villa.

Pros: The villas is in a lovely quiet area. Lovely walk to old town and near the marina. Beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked and laid out. Lovely views.

Cons: Needs some updating and work. Tiles missing in pool, two of six sun beds broken.

It is a lovely property, it is just in need of some basic maintenance. and better cleaning.

Pros: The villa was large, it could easily accommodate 6 or more , the location was great, views of the marina, and the sea from the top balcony, the private pool was a treat.a pleasant walking distance to Albufeira.

Cons: The villa was not well cleaned (bathroom). The pool is in need of some repairs. There were no basic supplies on arrival (3 dish washer pods in total), no tea or coffee or basic washing up liquid. The internet was not reliable. Spent 2 days with no internet until it was fixed, the locks on the main patio doors did not work (raised this issue with property manager). The main bathroom was a disaster. There had been a bidet at one point, but it had been removed and no attempt was made to block the open drain hole. My wife had a bath and the floor flooded when the plug was pulled. (raised this issue with property manager). In the meantime I stuffed the open drain hole with plastic bags. Photos attached show bathroom ( dead fly and hair in bathtub on arrival), (bidet location.)

Pros: Villa was beautiful and in a really good location, our flight coming back was very late but they let us stay in the villa untill our taxi picked us up, exceptional service.

Cons: We liked everything

Fijn verblijf voor een goede prijs.

Pros: De prijs kwaliteit verhouding was erg goed. De locatie was top, niet midden in het centrum zodat je geen overlast aan geluid ervaart maar dicht genoeg om erheen te wandelen. Paar kleine dingen waren niet op orde maar na een bericht gestuurd te hebben werd het meteen de volgende dag opgelost.

Cons: Wat tegeltjes in het zwembad ontbraken en er was helaas geen tafel met stoelen in de tuin bij het zwembad. Deze miste wij wel om bijvoorbeeld een drankje te drinken of een spelletje te doen. Bij het zwembad staan alleen ligstoelen. Het pand kan wel wat onderhoud gebruiken met name de buitenkant en het wordt tijd voor nieuwe matrassen. Zoals eerder aangegeven was de prijs ook niet zo hoog dus qua prijs kwaliteit verhouding scoort het voor ons een dikke 9. Het heeft wel 3 weken geduurd voor de borg was teruggestort dit vonden wij wel slordig.

Fantastisch

Pros: De locatie! Op loopafstand van het strand, supermarkt en oldtown. Kort ritje met de uber naar de Strip. De villa was groot en mooi met een heerlijk zwembad. De eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam en meedenkend.

Cons: Uitchecken om 10 uur! Dat mag wel wat later.
