Perfect stay with everything you needed

Pros: Brilliant accommodation. Very clean and spacious with great facilities and well equipped kitchen. Extra touches like the hamper of food and basic condiments very welcome, plus the cleaners coming in half way through our stay was great. We loved the pool and it was great for young child and baby. Would definitely recommend. Excellent hosts who helped arrange airport transfers and were great communicators.

Excellent accommodation for a big family.

Pros: The property was well located to short distance from the beach. Everything was available for a proper comfortable stay with all necessary appliances and supplies. The decor was modern and the swimming pool was a big plus for the whole family.

Cons: The only remark is the issues we had with the fridge which seemed not cooling enough. After playing with the settings we found a way to have it work just fine for our needs, but definitely not optimal for a proper fridge.

A family holiday to celebrate my 70th birthday. Lots of lovely memories made.

Pros: Everything you needed was to hand. Lovely and clean. Nice pool though if all the 5 villas occupants wanted to use it a tad small, but for just us 6 we thoroughly enjoyed it. Villa a good size and well equipped.

Cons: Not a lot around the villa, limited shops and decent restaurants. We didn't hire a car , without uber taxis ferrying us into Albufeira and Vilamoura we'd have been lost. Sunbeds have seen better days.

Great stay, highly recommended

Pros: Villas were lovely, clean and homely. Plenty of room, plenty of sun beds and everything we needed. Pool was great too. Susana was very helpful and responded very quickly. The cleaning staff were very good and friendly

Cons: Only thing I could say is a few more hangers would be nice, apart from that, nothing!

Loved the villa and the host was fantastic and responded immediately to any queries or issues we had.

Pros: Whole Apartament was very nicely decorated, very spacefull with full equipment in the kitchen. It was very clean. During our 9 days saty we had a house service with changing the Bath towels, bed sheets and generał clearing. The owner or managing person was very helpful, quickly responding to our needs If we visit algarve again we world love to stay in this house again. I trully recomend this place! The beds were very comfortable.

Pros: Fantastic villa, very clean and modern, host left wine and milk which was great

Cons: I am being a bit pedantic here because it was a lovely villa, it could do with some better instructions on how to work the aircon and amenities in the local area, but Susana was very responsive with any queries/questions, it was I just don't like to ask. The biggest negative was the next door neighbour to the villa block has 2 large dogs which bark incessantly from 0730 in the morning, we are not dog fans and is of course not the owners fault (of the property we stayed in). The egress from the road is a bit challenging but it really is a lovely property.

If you need a modern 3 bedroom villa - this is it!

Pros: Great location, beautiful & modern interior, near grocery shops, restaurants and parking right in front of the door. The host did everything possible to make us feel home, and we are ever greatful for the hospitality and warmth of Susana.

Cons: Nothing. All was perfect.

fantastic clean accommodation

Pros: We had an unforgettable holiday. Villas Rocha was excellent. The hosts, Susanna and Valter, went above and beyond to pamper us. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the house earlier than expected and even let us use the facilities longer on our departure day. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with a generous welcome package. We were given a tour of the spacious and clean house. They provided tips on where and how to eat/shop and which towns/villages we could or should visit, as well as activities to do. The pool was clean and a great way to cool off after a hot day. Thank you a thousand times for the great stay here.
