Lovely and spacious also very quiet

Pros: The pictures didn’t do it justice it was so spacious and big great location just a 5 minute walk from Aldi and close to a lot of restaurants.

Cons: They didn’t stock up on facilities such as bin bags, toilet paper, hand towels. It also near a lot of dogs which would get scary at night when they would come out.

Perfect for a lazy week in the sun

Pros: Bright spacious and airy with a nice view, lovely interiors Sheltered garden area Air con in each bedroom Roof terrace hot tub 5 min walk from Aldi and plenty of local restaurants 30 min stroll to the beach

Cons: The pool is shared, which didn’t bother us, it wasn’t busy so had use of it when we needed it The villa is above a builders yard, so you can hear trucks getting loaded occasionally

Definitely worth it!

Pros: Brand new, spacious and very clean house. Well furnitured, kitchen with a lot equipment. Smooth check-in and check-out. Grocery is not far away.

Cons: Nothing to complain.

Amazing week

Pros: The house was amazing and had everything we needed. We asked for a jacuzzi and got one, which made the week even better.

Cons: When we booked it the location was wrongly set. Be aware that the location is in Guia, 1 minute away from Aldi “Mar a Vista Villas”

Casa espectacular para 6 pessoas.

Pros: Apartamento espectacular, as fotos correspondem a realidade.

Cons: O jacuzzi não funcionava.

Espaço agradável muito bem equipado e cuidado em condomínio fechado.

Pros: O facto de ser construção recente; decoração minimalista e cuidada; bem equipado em termos de eletrodomésticos (novos, alguns a estrear); piscina agradável; quarto principal com wc privativo e closet.

Cons: As portas dos WC dos quartos já estão deterioradas devido à água e não fecham bem; falta um estendal para secar roupas; faltam suportes para pendurar as toalhas de banho nos WC; tem garagem individual, fechada, mas o acesso é extremamente íngreme para carros grandes que raspam e riscam-se.

Pros: Pas loin des visites touristiques. Au calme pour la maison et magasins aux alentours. Superbe séjour. Accueil super par la personne qui est venue apporter les clés et explications.

Pros: Large 2 level apartment, new, full set of kitchen equipment, good parking options. Quiet location. Rooster show in the morning mentioned in another review is real however not really hearable unless you keep your windows open in the night. We noticed it on the 4th day of our stay. Great air-conditioning, fully customizable.

Cons: As location is not super close to the sea so coming by car is a must if you want to see more of the Algarve.

Pros: Las instalaciones. Una casa muy alegre ,con mucha luz .Nuevecita y súper cómoda

Pros: Casa é nova, acabou de ser construída, tivemos a felicidade de ser os primeiros a alugar, as fotos corresponde exatamente como é o apartamento, os funcionários e proprietários são muito atenciosos.

Cons: Tivemos um pequeno imprevisto desconfortável no chekin, a casa estava prevista para entrada 16:00, Viajamos com criança a noite inteira de Paris a Portugal, para chegar no horário e quando chegamos tivemos que esperar até as 20:30 para entrar. Na descrição da casa faltou apontar que a piscina não é privativa, que só é permitido churrasqueira elétrica que foi entregue para nós dois dias antes de sair da casa. Obs: tem um galo miserável do vizinho que todo dia das 5:00 até as 9:00 fica cantando kkkkl
