A wonderful hotel to stay at. staff from housemaid to front of house staff were a credit to this

Pros: Food was excellent. Staff superb and so helpful. Close to Faro airport.

Cons: Parking was very restricted

A high quality stay. Excellent public areas & great location close to beach & boardwalk.

Pros: Loved the hotel, breakfast & ambience. Only disappointment was the coffee at breakfast. It really was very inferior & could be so easily improved (in my opinion). Cafetieres for filter coffee would have been good or a better grade of coffee machine.

Cons: Terrible coffee at breakfast. This was our only complaint.

Nice hotel - spacious rooms

Pros: Spacious room away from the main hotel, great pool, good breakfast.

Cons: House keeping not stocking up with coffee, water, milk etc. leaving us chasing staff for it

Overall a very positive experience

Pros: Lovely pool, good breakfast and excellent location for the beach and exploring the area.

Cons: The rooms were very warm despite the air conditioning and the decor and style of the hotel feels out-dated. Also the pool would be improved with a shallow end for children.

Pros: It’s an excellent hotel, swimming pool is fantastic. Not far from the beach and they have shuttles to take you in and out of the beach.

Cons: It can be pricy given the prime location in Algarve and the excellent facilities, but guess that is expected when you stay anywhere in Vale do Lobo.

Pros: The area it was beautiful, peaceful. The staff were grea, very friendly. The hotel was clean. Comfortable. The food was ok. Nothing special.

Cons: The fact that was advertised as a SPA, but there was none. It has a sauna and Turkish bath, but no massage treatments.

Great place to relax and enjoy time together

Pros: The hotel was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered eveything you would ever want to eat, and it was excellent quality. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We also had a lunch and evening meal in the hotel, which was also excellent

Cons: The only small critisism was the water temperature from the shower in the room, varied whilst showering, which might be due to others in the hotel also using the hot water.
