Comfortable with great facilities, staff, breakfast, lobby.

Pros: The place itself is warm, comfortable, welcoming. Coming into the light filled lobby, I was already happy. Our room was excellent. I use a mobility scooter, and the room could not have been more comfortable and accessible. Staff was warm, friendly, helpful. Generous and delicious breakfast. I'm well travelled, and this is one of the nicest places I've stayed in.

Cons: No criticism.

A nice, friendly hotel on the edge of Quarteira

Pros: The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern, the buffet breakfast was plentiful and overlooked the spacious pool.

Cons: Although we arrived late at night, it would have been good to have had some bottled water in the room, or a vending machine where we could purchase a drink.

Lovely hotel, great location!

Pros: The staff were lovely and helpful, let us keep our bags at the hotel the day we checked out because of our late flight. The hotel maids cleaned and tidied the room everyday and left fresh towels. Room was simple and clean. There’s a supermarket a 5 minute walk away and less than 10 minute walk from the beach.

Great pool. Clean and minimal. Friendly staff. Value for money

Pros: For the price it met all my expectations. Minimalist but very clean and comfortable. I am not greedy when I am paying substantially less than other options and the massive pool and pool area was great. Staff were also very friendly and helpful

Cons: Pillows. A little large for my taste. Maybe the option of a thinner pillow ?

Good value hotel.

Pros: We loved the location, the breakfast choices, the overall cleanliness of the hotel and our room. The staff were very polite and friendly. The pool is a good size to be able to swim in and we had a very enjoyable stay. Also located about 50 metres from the hotel gates are bus stops for Faro and Albufeira. Very convenient.
