A good deal in low season

Pros: Everything was good - staff was great, facilities clean and loads of things to do for the kids

Cons: For a hotel thats sold as a waterpark, a clothes rack or drying lines on the balcony would be nice to have

My stay was amazing

Pros: It was Perfect for families with smaller kids(0-8), the hotel booking gives you access to the water park(unlimited entry), the staff were amazing. Shout out to Teddy and the ladies at the kids corner. Special shout-out to Christiano, Thiago and Hugo they made our stay memorable. I lost my wallet and it was returned with everything intact.

Cons: Cleaning could have been better, my room was never mopped even thou we spent 6 days. Once we returned from the beach we could felt the sand until checkout. The water park was not thoroughly cleaned, we could see mold at most of the station. Cleaning can be improved

Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful, exceptionally clean everywhere, nice food, kids soft play.

Pros: The staff, locality to the Aquapark and the food were very good. The staff were very attentive and helpful and the hotel was very clean and tidy. The range of food included for breakfast and dinner was vast, with numerous options and something for everyone.

Cons: The room was a little small, the sofa bed that our daughter had was not very comfortable and having a few extra hooks to hang wet towels/swimwear after the park would be really useful (these could be in the bathroom or on the balcony).

Fantastic stay, but a little overpriced

Pros: Staff engaging the kids was a big, positive surprise. Access to the Aquashow park was excellent. The hotel's own pool area, complete with seating for parents, was excellent. Easy parking Smoking areas. Great family solution with a door between our two rooms.

Cons: Breakfast was a little meh, with few options for Nordic people, but ok. The price for a family of 5 was a little steep. The food and drinks at the bar were a bit pricey. The \
