Lovely comfortable stay

Pros: Great property with lovely rooms, fab location and wonderful staff esp the staff at breakfast were so warm and kind

Cons: Too many flies so couldn’t sit in the balcony

One of the cleanest, modern, friendliest amd wuietst city centre hotels I have ever stayed in. Location was perfect High

Pros: Gorgeous super modern hotel. Fabulous location. Good breakfast selection. All staff very friendly and went over and above their roles to accommodate guests. Spacious comfortable rooms. Very comfortable bed. Completely soundproofed. Very quiet.

Cons: Pillows could be better quality. Difficult to operate hearing/aircon and general electrics as very high tech. We had approx 30 switches in our room. A little too complicated.

Absolutely fabulous!

Pros: Great location, friendly & helpful staff. We stayed in a beautiful, modern, quiet, spacious, clean standard room with a lovely comfy king bed. Great amenities- Fridge with complimentary water & coke, kettle & nespresso machine, Bluetooth speaker. Balcony, blackout curtains, walk in shower, Molton brown toiletries. Cleaned daily. Fab breakfast with lots of healthy, fresh options & good selection of gluten free food too. We had to checkout really early for flight & they provided a filling breakfast box & coffee. Didn't use the rooftop pool as was too cold, but was lovely. Spa was good with small pool, sauna & steam room. Definitely recommend & hope to stay again.

Cons: The only thing is I would really have loved a bath. The superior rooms have whirlpool baths but we were in a Standard room, but they only have a (very large) shower.

Beautiful and intelligently designed hotel

Pros: The hotel has been very smartly designed. The room design makes sense, top to bottom and is also very nice looking. The facilities are great (indoor swimming pool, sauna, etc.). One caveat though: I was there at a quiet time, so I don't know how the common amenities would fare with more people.

Cons: Maybe an explanation about the parking, prior to arrival, since the hotel is in a pedestrian zone.

Will definitely keep this hotel on my return visit list.

Pros: This hotel is the best I've stayed in. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, beautiful rooms and all over decor. And the rooftop bar, pool and spa were amazing.

Cons: What I didn't like was that I had to leave to go home.
