Jupiter Albufeira Hotel - Family & Fun - All Inclusive

Absolutely fantastic hotel we had the best holiday.

Pros: Fantastic holiday. Hotel was clean. Staff were so helpful. The rooms were beautiful. I felt like they’d thought of everything. Complimentary towels for around the pool. Given an inflatable crocodile for the pool whilst we were there. So helpful with booking taxis. The free shuttle was brilliant. Amazing holiday experience. Food was phenomenal and the variety of drinks for adults and children.

Cons: There’s nothing I could say I didn’t like.

Pros: The facility was very clean and comfortable. The food was amazing and the staff were wonderful. I'm definitely coming back again.

Hotel is very nice but recommend take rental car if you need to go anywhere

Great stay for kids

Pros: Most things. Great staff. Very clean. Spacious. Swimming area very nice. Beer was very good. Many things to so for the kids.

Cons: Number 1,2,3 were the beds, it was impossible to sleep through the night without waking up multiple times or waking up stiff and “in pain”. They were super hard, we were 6 grown ups traveling together and we all had the same experience with the beds. Probably on of the most uncomfortable beds I have stayed in in a hotel and not suitable for 5 star hotel. Same goes with the pillows, they were way to big. Another thing is the noise in the dining room, in the evenings it was the worst. It would be better to have a few smaller areas than one huges. Evening shows for kids were quite late, 9 p.m., the kids were exhausted by that time but really wanted to watch.

Fabulous hotel for families with young kids

Pros: Lovely friendly staff, cleanliness, free bus to old town. Location close to the strip with lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Walking distance to Oura beach (but uphill on the way back) Lots of inflatables/toys for playing with water were left by the pools/ the lifts which meant we didn’t have to buy them during our stay.

Cons: Very little! The quality of the cocktails and beer wasn’t the best but the alternative would be having to wait for staff to make individual cocktails which would slow service down considerably.

Sept family trip

Pros: Staff were amazing, and lots of them too. Regular cleaning around the restaurant and pool areas. Entertainment team were brilliant and kept us all involved not just the kids. Food and drink was very decent for all inclusive.

Cons: Lots of seagulls flying round the pool stealing what food they could find. Hotel should get a deterrent for this. Evening entertainment for the adults probably could have been a bit better and gone on a little later. Everything finished at 11pm

Pros: The staff were very friendly and the entertainment around the pool during the day was great for children.

Cons: The entertainment at night time could be better

We have the most amazing time at this hotel and would not hesitate to come back

Pros: The property was modern and very clean and the facilities were excellent for children of all ages

Pros: Amazing hotel and staff. This was our third year here and we have already booked next year's stay.
