Great Hotel

My favourite place to stay when I’m in Albufeira

Pros: I’ve stayed here twice before and what I like is that it’s very clean, the apartments are lovely and comfortable, the pool area and gardens are lovely, it has a restaurant, a spa, a 24 hour reception and the staff are really nice and helpful.

Cons: It’s always very clean, however this time I thought that the shower could have been cleaner. It’s been recently refurbished yet there’s residue in the grout and in the corners. Apart from that, everything else was lovely and clean.

Excellent, I would highly recommend

Pros: Great location and pleasantly surprised to see a pool table and table tennis although did not get the opportunity to make use of them.

Cons: Additional charge for spa.

Great hotel

Pros: Another great stay in this hotel,and again, had a fantastic time . From pool to reception, everything is spotless, and our room was fantastic also .Staff are great and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area .

Pros: The room was nice and big comfortable beds with balcony looking on to the sea, nice big shower room with good shower power, small kitchen with most of the Utensils coffee maker,kettle toaster with sitting area and dining table the receptionist were all friendly and helpful with good English, walking distance to the beach restaurants and Albufeira ...we enjoyed our stay .

Cons: The cleaning was to the poor standard! our shower, basin, mirror was never cleaned properly, the second night i had to complain to the receptionist that the floor wasn't cleaned as there were ants on the floor so after that the floor was mopped every day, the kitchen was small but compatible they could have put a another counter top to the side as there wasn't enough work surface, the freezer wasn't working as we didn't use it could have done with colander a non stick frying pan .

Pros: Highly recommend this hotel , lovely pool area and perfect location to the strip, old town and the beach. Definitely will be back

Pros: Room was very spacious, could have done with a few more hangers in the wardrobe, other than that, I couldn't fault it. Never used the pool. Location is excellent, very central everything is within walking distance

Pros: Staff were very accommodating when I asked to move rooms closer to the lift due to an injury
