The Singular - Downtown Studio

Pros: What didn't I like? Really exceeded my expectations. Filipe a great host and responded to any queries immediately The unit was perfect. Location, size, facilities.

Cons: I honestly cannot find anything to find fault.

Great stay in modern apartment

Pros: The apartment was in a great location, just outside the busy old town, so it was nice and quiet. It’s a newly renovated/built apartment with all modern facilities. 5 minutes walk from a great supermarket, 10-15 minutes walk to the Ferry to the beach. Owner left us some drinks in the fridge, which was a nice treat. Had coffee machine and pods, toasters kettle and good cooking facilities.

Lovely apartment in central position

Pros: Excellent reception by Felipe and his mum. Unit very comfortable, good spacious bed, well appointed unit. Close to town and restaurants. We needed some advice and assistance. Felipe went out of his way to assist!! We can highly recommend The Singular and will gladly the Singular again should we return to Faro

Pros: Filipe the host was excellent. He went out of his way for us to have early access.

Cons: Overall the apartment was lovely but quite compact.Ideal for a couple of nights.When curtains are open there is no privacy.

Pros: This stay was amazing! The studio is compact and simply furnished but has everything you need. In theory, you won’t spend much time inside because you'll be out exploring and enjoying the town and its surroundings. And for that, the location is absolutely perfect—everything is within reach. Great restaurants, anything you might need, even a specific toothpaste I found just down the street! I’m very satisfied, and if I return to Faro, I’ll definitely try to book this place again.

Cons: The only downside was that around 12:45 or 1 AM, I was woken up by a very noisy garbage collection service. They lift underground containers right next to the studio, which can be quite loud. For light sleepers who struggle to fall back asleep, this could be an issue.

Pros: The studio is light and clean. All the appliances look brand new. Nice that complementary drinks were waiting upon my arrival and soaps etc are available.

A very good stay

Pros: Great location near to bars, restaurants and a lovely local vibe! Easy walk to the market, centre, water taxi Felipe and his mum were very helpful Property very clean and well supplied with everything you need plus wine etc was a bonus Studio was just right for two of us and we loved the nesting storks opposite

Cons: Dustbins being emptied loudly

A sweet space in a good location. It is a good stop for one or two people in Faro

Pros: It was nice to have a gracious hostess meet me and show me the property.

Lovely welcoming host. Enjoyed our stayed would recommend this place!
