Pros: The location was great, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and entertainment.

Cons: It is old and run down and has a musty smell.

Overall a great place to stay if you are on a budget and are in Albuferia for the night life/relaxing girls holiday

Pros: The location was amazing! For two girls on our first solo holiday we felt so safe and secure and was able to easily access the old town by a quick walk, and new town as the taxi and uber pick up points were right next to the hotel. The room had everything we needed in it and even a balcony that we weren’t expecting!

Cons: The shower was a tiny bit small but was usable and it did smell quite strongly of smoke in some of the hallways but these are all very minor things and didn’t affect our stay.

Residential capri

Pros: Basic, small room, but so central. Great for a few days. It's somewhere to put your head down. Top of old town, next to buses and taxis. 2 minute slow to the square.

Cons: Rooms very small. Very suitable for short stays

Our overall experience was good but you really do something about the outdoor distrubence. (From room 43)

Pros: I really like the room it was warm and comfortable. The enviroment of the room was really good .

Cons: The thingh which I really dislike about this property is that there is lot of distrubence comming from outside.

Good overall. Nice location.

Pros: I have to say that the location and the nearby amenities(shops, pharmacy, markets etc...) were quite good. Parking on the back street was quite handy also despite the stairs. The room had quite a nice street view from the balcony. The building was also within a 10/15 walking distance from the city centre, pubs, restaurants, and of course the beach. Convenient and a good deal for the price.

Cons: I understand that (compared to other hotels around), the Hotel might set its check-in time so late for its own reasons. However, it was unnerving to wait in the lobby of the building, for someone to arrive at the reception for almost 40 minutes, considering that it was already past 3 PM. By the way, as we were leaving on the following day, we saw someone in the same situation. It's quite frustrating to have such a late check-in, and on top of that have so little flexibility about it, especially if you're spending just one or two nights in town.

Pros: The location was great.. everything required for a comfortable stay.

Pros: The hotel is in the centre. The hotel met my expectations. It is old, but for the price I paid and the location it was great.
