Faro Heart Suites

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, excellent location for the harbour, city centre, shops and restaurants.

Cons: Would have been nice to have gad tea/coffee making facilities in the room or use of in the hotel. The hot food at breakfast could have been a little hotter

Cons: Bathroom had a drainage smell in the morning. Not the only place with this problem.

Pros: The property was very clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons: The only negative is the derelict buildings surrounding the hotel which on arrival doesn’t give positive thoughts, but the hotel itself is well presented both inside and outside.

Pros: Really clean room and near the centre, the staff was really efficient and always there to help

Cons: the room was a bit too small, ok only for really short stays

Pros: The room was spotless and quiet! The breakfast was exactly what I needed! Everyone was friendly and smiling! I would recommend it 100% for singles and couples alike!

Cons: I'll take away a star because the only negative was the drainage, which had a strange smell, for which the hotel is not necessarily responsible.

Pros: Immaculately clean room with comfy bed, at a great price.

Cons: The only downside is that there's no lift to 3rd floor rooms!

Pros: I like everything ,exceed my expectations Breakfast was good and could improve the fruit section. Location is good near the airport and public transport. We had a great time I definitely back again.

Cons: It was a bit confusing that the name from Booking.com (Faro Heart) was not on the building; this was Made Inn. This is a very minor thing, the stay was great!

Very thoughtful and well decorated rooms, close to the city center and all major transport.

Pros: The staff was very welcoming and kind. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. While the view might not be perfect (mix of an old industrial facility to the left and the beautiful landscape towards the sea), the location is close enough to the main train station and the city center, while it is quiet at night at the same time.
