Pros: Well equipped kitchen spacious nice balcony with sea view nice pool and only 10 minute wall to sea and old town

Cons: No lift so lots of stairs to climb to get to the flat, when you use the aircon it flooded the balcony as it was leaking and was forever moping it up I messaged them but nothing was done

Pros: A good quiet place, great location close to the beach and Albufeira’s center shopping mall. The apartment is on the top of a block of older buildings but with a superb view to the sea (East). The balcony is large and sheltered, however, has no sun protection (awning). Plenty of space to store your laundry and also dry it on the balcony, even though the clips of a small plastic clothing rail for socks and alike disintegrated when we tried to use it: probably due to impact of sun and salty air (owner was informed). Owners and caretakers answer quickly to requests

Cons: We noted that the WiFi is not always stable, but since we did not use it for work purposes did not consider it important. The below defects where reported to the owner: Important to mention no lift (3rd floor) means a great exercise but hard if you have walking issues and lots of luggage or water bottles (heavy) with you. When we arrived the shower still required better cleaning, we alerted the owner and the caretaker and it was resolved quite quickly. A little white table had a cracked leg, we did not use it. The shutters in the living room facing East really need a make over / renewal: the left one was broken from the start, the right one has a broken belt. The shutter in the kitchen (facing East) is also fragile and should be renovated. (We pointed this out to the owner who said he wanted to check it on his next visit to the apartment.) That causes an issue on hot days, as the sun heats the apartment quite rapidly (the only a/c is in the living room, none in the bedroom). It also means if you are more than 2 people and use the sofa beds provided in the living room, it gets light very early with sunrise! Also the pipes from the a/c on the balcony don’t seem to be in good condition: when you leave it running for some hours there is water all over the balcony as the little aluminium pots put up underneath overflow. We detected on arrival a big scratch on the white chest of drawers in the bedroom.

Pros: So close to the old town with lots of little shops nearby, apartment was very spacious and had everything you would need for your stay

Really enjoyed our stay , the view from the balcony is amazing and everything went great.

Pros: The apartment was lovely and has everything you need for a perfect holiday . We were met on arrival and given a tour around the apartment showing where everything was . Great location , short walk to the nearest beach and the old town square but also bars and restaurants closer within 5 minutes walking distance and a supermarket right across the road.

Pros: The view was spectacular and in a perfect location, with a grocery shop across the street from the apartment. It was close to any food places and a short walk to the beach and the town itself

Pros: Keurig schoon appartement op een prima locatie, dichtbij t strand en het oude centrum. Supermarkt aan de overkant.

Pros: Proche du centre et des plages. Petit commerce en face de la résidence très pratique. La propreté du logement irréprochable. très bien équipé.

Cons: Des transats pour la piscine (mais c'est vraiment un détail)
