Beach Falésia

Pros: It is perfect appointment. Very clean, have everything if u want use kitchen. Near shop and good pizzeria. Also near big parking. We enjoyed with this apartment.

Pros: The best apartment I have ever rented. Clean, cosy, in a calm and quiet location , just a wonderful place! The host answered all my questions and was very kind, patient, and polite. Thank you! I will definitely return.

Spacious apartment near Falesia beach

Pros: Very clean and spacious two bedroom apartment, well equipped kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. Very helpful hosts, always replied to questions quickly and provided clear instructions on how to find the property. We had a car but I think you could walk to Falesia beach in 20 minutes if you can stand the heat! Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Snack bar at the end of the road was handy. Also easy to get to Olhos de Agua beach and centre. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if in Albufeira.

Cons: One bedroom didn't have air conditioning but a fan was provided. The bed in that room was comfortable but we found the other mattress in the en-suite bedroom a little hard, just our personal preference. Also, not a problem for us but just to be aware that the apartment is on the third floor so you would have to carry your luggage up, which could be a problem for some people. Also, pavements around the building have uneven and loose stones so could be an issue for some people with mobility issues, poor eyesight etc.

Excellent Stay

Pros: Excellent quiet location. clean. with good accessories. Need to have car to get full exploration in local area. Parking excellent ample. Close to beach but not walking. Recommended, stay again. Good communication from host.

Pros: One of the best apartments we stayed in Portugal. It has 2 full washrooms and 2 powerful air-conditioning to make the whole apartments cool in hot days. The owner provided most of the supplies we needed. Unfortunately, we couldn't drink the 2 bottles of complimentary wines provided as we purchased already from Porto

Cons: Wish if they could provide better blankets.

Pros: One of the best apartments we ever have been. Very clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed. It is close to the beach and the shop/restaurant area. Parking places are easy to find around the building. Ana, the host, is very kind and helpful. We would definitely book here again when we visit the Algarve again.

Cons: The internet connection was often unreliable.

Excellence

Pros: The place, beach and apartment were excellent. Extremely clean, well equipped. One of the best places I rented for vacation. And separate thanks to the host for wine, cleaning and everything that was done for us!!!

Cons: Nothing. For me would be beneficial to have vacuum cleaner and dishwasher available. However, this did not really matter, considering how good was the apartment.

Pros: Apartment was absolutely spotless. Ana and Sofia were always available to help with any problems we had. The apartment is really nice and a lovely garden view. Unfortunately the lovely pine trees block the sun tho..

Cons: Nothing to do with host but the paths around area are very uneven. Lots of broken tiles and when you're in your sixties it makes walking very uncomfortable. Beach is absolutely beautiful but also at our age walking down wasn't so bad but 70 + steps and steep hill up was a bit daunting. Also you are in an area where it is residential not holiday complex. We had a man downstairs working laying a new patio for 7 of our 10 days which involved cement mixing, tile cutting etc. I did say it to Ana and she said her neighbour had not informed her. It's just something to remember if you are in an apartment complex.

Pros: Hosts contacted us as soon as booked with clear instructions. Apartment had required facilities and bed very comfortable.

Cons: It would have been nice if there had been a clean/bed sheet change during stay. Only missing item was shampoo - everything was provided with spares.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment, close to the beach

Pros: The location was perfect - restaurants, supermarket and beach were all easily accessible, either on foot or a short car ride away. A lot of free parking spaces on the street. The apartment was spacious, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large dining/living area and kitchen, beautiful balcony. All the important amenities were there (the decor, furniture and “extras” were well thought out and made us feel at home right away). Very comfortable beds. Relatively quiet residential area.
