Apartamento Velamar - 250 m from the Beach by Bedzy

Lovely stay..

Pros: Location was fantastic, 5 min walk to the beach, also a couple of lovely restaurants on the beach, Newtown was a few mins by taxi or a 20min walk, old town was about 8mins by taxi & taxi’s were very cheap, there was a cafe just outside the gate of the apartments that was very reasonable for breakfast, or you could have lunch or dinner, we only had a breakfast there which was lovely,there was also other cafes/restaurants nearby, the apartment itself was lovely & clean, it was fully equipped, our balcony had a lovely view of the pool, there was always sun beds available at the pool, everything went smoothly, including self check-in, would be happy to stay there again..

Brilliant apartment for close to beach holiday, and a short walk to the old town for the evening or morning shopping.

Pros: Location amazing. Modern, clean and spacious. Everything we needed.

Cons: Just start of season so pool area not inviting yet, however, so close to the beach so not a problem.

Great location for a perfect family getaway.

Pros: Property is in a great location half way between the ‘new’ and old town but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful family stay and dip into the more noisy aspects when you want. It’s also really close to the beach which was less than 5mins walk down the street. The property was clean (we are quite fussy on cleanliness but this was good). Facilities in the apartment (pots/plates/utensils etc) were of average standard, but ideal for occasional use. The other facilities such as the pool were good. Friendly personnel all around.

Cons: We decided to get a hire car. The parking was a little tight within the compound of the apartment and worse was trying to turn around as other people had parked outside of the designated spaces making manoeuvre difficult at peak times. However, there was a quiet street opposite which provided suitable parking.

Easy walk to beach, mall, stores & old town.

Pros: Central location, large unit & most required items were provided. The nice ladies changed our bedding & towels every 10 days. Lots of extra bedding for the cold nights were provided.

Cons: The gates had regular problems, there were noises from dogs & renovation work. One bathroom had a smell of sewer drain that was hard to eliminate & the apartment was difficult to heat with one portable heater.

Een ruim appartement met een perfecte ligging

Pros: De ligging is perfect. Inchecken en contact met de eigenaar verliep prima. Om de hoek is de spar en dichtbij het strand. Parkeren kan op het terrein als er plek is. Het appartement is erg ruim en de wasmachine is prettig.

Cons: Er zijn wat opknap punten in het appartement. Muffe geur in de kasten en het beddengoed. Geen airco. Slechte staat van het zwembad en de kapotte strand bedden. Overlast van harde muziek door een vaste bewoner van het complex. Blaffende honden van de bovenburen en de bouw van een appartement aan de overkant maar daar kan de eigenaar niets aan doen.

Redelijk tot goed

Pros: Dat er 2 badkamers en 2 toiletten waren en een ruime woonkamer en keuken.

Cons: Kwaliteit van het meubilair: de bank in de woonkamer miste 1 poot; eetkamerstoelen zeer verouderd; 1 gewone stoel miste ook 1 poot; stofzuiger werkte niet,

Pros: Celkovo hodnotím fajn. Výborná poloha - kúsok od pláže, apartmán bol veľký, 2 spálne, 2 kúpeľne, z toho jedna v spálni.

Cons: Jediné negatívum bolo, že tam bola v apríli zima. Museli sme si kúriť ohrievačom, a aj to nestačilo.
