Modern apartment very close to the beach

Pros: The apartment is in a nice community and feels very safe with walking distance to the sao rafael beach. The apartment was modern with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Helder is an amazing host and is always available over phone for any assistance

Cons: Although nitpicking but In the winters the apartment can get a bit cold and the AC turned heater may not be sufficient.

Tolle Unterkunft

Pros: Sehr schönes Apartment in ruhiger Lage. Für mich war es ideal, um sowohl die tollen Buchten und Strände als auch das Hinterland zu erkunden. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze und die Praia dos Ariffes erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Es lohnt sich bei entsprechender Wetterlage auch im Urlaub mal früh aufzustehen um den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten.

Prettig verblijf in prima studio op rustig complex met zwembad en snack en lekker strand vlakbij.

Pros: Prima studio, aardige eigenaar/verhuurder. Er waren wat mankementjes, maar die werden door goede communicatie vlot verholpen. Rustig appartementencomplex vlakbij mooi strand met restaurant erop.

Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, wir kommen gern wieder!

Pros: Einfacher unkomplizierter check in, sehr freundlicher schriftlicher Kontakt, super Ausstattung, Waschmaschine im Apartment, große Terasse (sonnig am Morgen), sehr ruhige Lage, sehr gepflegt und sauber, alles wie beschrieben, oder sogar besser.

Cons: Es gibt keine Lüftung im Badezimmer, sodass das Bad sehr feucht wird, wenn man duscht. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge wären ein Nachtlicht und eine kleine Ablage am Bett.

Cons: Très bel appartement, dommage que l'entretien ne soit pas à la hauteur de la prestation : support de douchette cassé, table extérieure cassée, attaches des rideaux cassés, télécommande de TV cassée, évier propre mais gras.

It was a nice unit, and would stay there again

Pros: Nice apartment with easy access. Near to the beach. Kids loved that the swimming pool was so close. In driving distance to a number of restaurants and retailers. Apartment was well equipped for self catering units

Cons: What was an eye sore, was the fact that the unit was not all that clean. Below the bed and under the couch, there was a lot of sand, dust tissue papers and other items that had accumulated over some time
