Aquamar Albufeira Aparthotel

Clean, excellent staff and huge apartment!

Pros: I booked this for my Mam. She said she would stay there again next time. It was clean, the food in the hotel was lovely, the staff were amazing and the beach/ cove was nearby.

Pros: The staff went above and beyond taking care of us. The room was spotless clean and the area is quieter than the main strip but still with plenty of dining and entertainment options.

Cons: A sign at the bottom of the hill directing ubers and taxi's up to reception would be a welcome addition ( for some reason they kept waiting at the bottom of the hill carpark which was a difficult walk for our elderly members )

Pros: A nice small complex with plenty of sun beds and space to lounge at the two pools. Close to the beach and lovely resturants/cafe's.

Cons: The only thing i didnt like was the bar across the road open to 4am and load. Kept me awake BUT that isn't the fault of the hotel. I just prefer to be away from the noise BUT i would and will defenitly go back and just bring ear plugs or something to block the noise out. I should also note that my neices i shared with sleptnin the bedroom i was in the sitting room and they never heard the noise and slept great.

Aquamar review

Pros: Wonderful welcome from Bernardo,who made me feel very comfortable after a long journey and first visit to Portugal. I was there for my niece's Wedding so variuos family members arrived over the next few days welcomed by Jose and the rest of the team, as well and all felt the same way. All the team were extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The cleaning staff were also amazing so clean both in the apartments and throughout the hotel, pool and bar and so peaceful both during the day and night. I would highly recommend Aquamar for families, solo travellers and couples alike Paola I imagine you are very proud of your team! I will definitely be back! Obrigada a todos :) Roisin

Two fabulous weeks in a very comfortable Hotel/Apartment

Pros: The staff are wonderful in the Aquamarine. The place is so peaceful & you get to have a very good nights sleep. The apartment is kept very clean with the cleaning staff attending nearly every day.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like about the Aquamarine.

Friendly staff

Pros: Great apartment, friendly staff although we had a short stay it was enjoyable.

Perfect holiday!

Pros: Perfect location. Exceptionally spacious, clean and well presented apartments, with lots of storage. Beautiful pool and garden area, lots of sunbeds even for a large family group of 9 in peak season. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful, from reception, bar and cleaning staff, nothing was too much trouble.

Pros: This is a lovely apartment complex in a great location. The beach, bars and restaurants are all only a 3 minute walk away. The staff were so helpful and friendly and there was everything you would need for a self catering holiday. The pool bar did really nice food and drinks which we used a lot. Overall would highly recommend Aquamar.
