Family holiday

Pros: Fabulous family hotel. Has everything you need for a good holiday. 3rd time we've been now and will be back next year.

Comfortable and relaxing family break

Pros: The staff were lovely and so engaging with the children / babies. It was clean, inviting, fun activities, good food and drink options. Good range of entertainment and activities (photo night, mini market etc) Staff helpful with suggestions on local attractions and willing to help out. My kids loved the mini disco each night

Cons: Perhaps some luggage trolleys to move luggage from reception to apartments would be useful, however staff were accomodating with helping us to move our luggage. As others have mentioned pool is not heated, but we did know this going in so was fine! Kids still enjoyed just not ideal for our baby. We got told on our first day that continental breakfast was from 6.30am and from 10.00-12.00 but when we had an early airport pick up (so checking out at 6.45am) there was no breakfast options available, only coffee. Wifi was a bit patchy

Pros: We spent 4 days at 3HB club Humbria in September. This hotel is perfect for families with small children. The room was very spacious with a nice balcony. There were lots of activities in the children's club to keep the kids entertained both during the day and in the evening. The water park was big enough for our 3 year old and the small pool was perfect for our 10 month old. The staff were all so lovely and friendly, food was good with enough variety for everyone. We really had a lovely time and will definitely be choosing this hotel again.

Good

Pros: Staff are so lovely and helpful, good choices daily at buffet and snacks at pool bar were convenient! Kids mini disco was enjoyable every night, our little one loved it! Kids club is also great!

Cons: Kids pool is freezing, didn’t really get to use it which is a shame! Pillows in bedrooms also make it uncomfortable to sleep

Brilliant

Pros: Very family friendly. Plenty of space at the resort - no fighting over beds. Entertainment was decent each night. Relaxed vibe. Staff were helpful and friendly. There were plenty of food options and everything was to a high standard.

A great hotel for kids with families, just be prepared to be wow up early to bag a sun bed!

Pros: Food is great - varied and something for everyone. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Splash park is really good.

I really liked it

Pros: I liked the family-friendly atmosphere, the pool, the cleanliness, and the entertainment that took place throughout the day. The breakfast was very good and most of the staff were very friendly

Cons: I didn’t really like the food (lunch/dinner); there should be more options for the kids. The separation between the kids and teens play areas doesn’t make much sense. My 6-year-old son wanted to play Pac-Man in the teen room, but he wasn’t allowed because he’s not yet 8.

Fantastic family hotel

Pros: This hotel was fantastic. Plenty of food and drinks to choose from. Food and drink were available all day. Kids entertainment on all day everyday. Rooms were very big and cleaned everyday. Highly recommend and will would stay again.

Cons: Gym is very small. They had one treadmill which wasn't working other than that I had no complaints
