Pros: Our apartment was of good size with fantastic views from the balcony. It was easy to keep warm. Staff was very attentive. Free parking outside.

Pros: the apartment was excellent, very big and comfortable and had everything I needed. the balcony had a great view and it was a 10-15 min walk down into the old town.

Pros: Spacious apartment, prompt action to resolve a maintenance problem, individual heat control in each bedroom

Cons: In the off-season, the nearby restaurant and store are closed.

Perfect, convenient and value for money.

Pros: It was very close (15 min walk) to the old town and everything is nearby. Amazing value for money (4 nights £91)! Very convenient stay. I would add that I stayed with my wife so it’s probably more convenient for a couple rather than with kids. There is a steep hill on the way to and back from old town so it isn’t ideal to go with kids.

Cons: The place itself was fine, it was a budget hotel and it’s how you would expect it to be but you are provided with everything.

Pros: Great staff, enjoyed their kindness. Have luggage held, was helpful. Ability to communicate via WhatsApp was incredibly helpful.

Cons: Scratched frying pan. A few more kitchen items would be helpful.

Pros: Very friendly reception. Very clean. Beautiful view and very comfortable. I was very happy with my stay. There is nothing going on around. A little shop is there for basic needs. Bus number 9 brings you to the city center.

Cosy moments and relaxing times.

Pros: It was a great location, the facilities were great and it was easy to access local shops. Theres lots of great places to eat nearby, (particularly BDT the Brazillian Burger place on the corner) but you can cook for yourself too. I had a sea view, and it was honestly one of the best things about the place. The apartment was warm, and I had breakfast on the balcony most days. The beds were firm, and there were plenty of blankets to keep warm (I was here over Christmas). There was great WiFi and it was nice to sit and chill. There's a Lidl, and and Aldi Nord a 20 mins walk away, and the views on the ay are great but the amanhacer supermarket beside the apartments is great too. It's a nice walk down to the Old Town, but you have to take a leisurely stroll back if you are not used to hills.

Cons: There isn't really anything I could fault it on. It's one of the best places I have stayed in Portugal and it was really great value for money. I mean it did rain on my last two days, but that's not something the apartment can control.

Pros: Everything I needed cooker etc just no ironing board or iron it was like being at home it was an old building broken tiles etc but personally that was the charm of the place loved it there I want to go back to the same room I parked my car bang next to my terrace lovely and has a view of the sea :)

Cons: I think the ironing board and iron but I ironed all my clothes before my journey they may have got me one if asked

Excellent value for money. Good location although a good uphill walk back

Pros: Large apartment with good balcony & equipment. Staff were extremely helpful.

Cons: Very slightly tired but we were out of season so may be worked on before summer.
