Bright. Friendly. AYR facilities. Location. Highly affordable.

Pros: Private villa. Gated with 24hr reception. Roomy. Super bright…. Love colour! Massive pools, paved areas & gardens. Extremely good value. Location is fab. Close to marina, shops, restaurants. Quick walk to beach or a little farther to Old Town.

Cons: Umm… been there before & will go again… so, no complaints from me.

Excellent for a winter weeks holiday with plenty of walking.

Pros: This was the 4th time I stayed at Orada so knew what to expect so that is why I went again

Cons: There was a kitchen but no drying towels, dish soap or dish cloths for cleaning dishes or counter tops

Pros: Amazing value for money. Big apartment which was well equipped. Nice helpful staff. Good parking for a high vehicle ( in grounds but not in the underground car park. Nice little private terrace which allowed us to eat our Christmas dinner in the sun. People were sunbathing and swimming in the pool. Amazing. Just to be clear, because we were confused before arriving, the studio apartments have a small double bed as well as a sofa, all in the large living room. You do not have to sleep on a sofa bed. The marina is lovely and so is the walk into the old town. Alternatively, Ubers are ridiculously cheap.

Cons: Unfortunately, we had a very selfish neighbour in one side. They left their dog in the apartment on Christmas Eve evening and it fretted, barking non stop until they returned several hours later. We were unable to sleep for the whole period. Once home they made lots of noise until 230am. I think that there should be rules that dogs must not be left unattended and there should be a quiet time after say 11pm. These rules would need to be enforced. Unfortunately our selfish neighbours spoilt our stay and we will not return unless we see that management take steps to deter such bad behaviour.

Pros: I love where these apartments are situated & also how much room inside, the amount of balconies & great value. We always stay here when we're in albufeira

Pros: The three bed apartment was a great size, loved the four bathrooms and five balconies. The kirchen had every utensil you coukd need, as well as a good sized fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Excellent location, walking distance to everything.

Cons: Only one key to the apartment between five people.

Pros: Very clean apartment and very beautiful location and view

Cons: The reception staff need to be more polite and certain staff working at the evening shift at the reception do not know English or French and are a little rude when looking for help or information. No staff working after midnight at the reception.

Pros: Huge apartment, lots of bathrooms! Great location. Fantastic pool complex

Cons: Needs freshening up internally, pictures on walls, sofas need cleaning. Lacks character or warmth. Smart TV would be nice! Check in was very late (4pm)
