Pros: Everything! Location, outdoor space, room set up, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating areas inside and outside, amazing heated pool with lots of space and loungers.

Cons: Absolutely nothing!

Excellent stay

Pros: Beautiful modern villa with lots of amenities situated in a quiet residential area. Lovely pool and outside space with ample sun loungers and seating areas. A 5 minute walk to the nearest Spar supermarket and around 20-25 minute walk to the marina. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend and we will definitely return.

Pros: Very clean, spacious living area, very child friendly with lots of toys, comfortable beds, lovely pool and area around, plenty of amenities (more than you could wish for in the kitchen!)

Exceptional from start to end!

Pros: The whole experience was excellent. Communication before our trip was brilliant which made the arrival and stay so straightforward. The villa itself was superb (the photos do not do it justice) - the facilities were excellent, it was spacious and brilliant for the children to roam freely around (supported by the copious amounts of toys and books!). The pool area was gorgeous and all of the accommodation was spotless. Location wise was great as well - 25 minutes from the airport, within walking distance (5/10 mins) of a Spar and a £3 trip to the marina by Uber - just fabulous and we will be sure to visit again!

A peaceful retreat only a short walk away from the beautiful Villamoura Marina.

Pros: We really liked the spacious layout of the property, the high standard of cleanliness, and the excellent facilities. The staff and owner were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the modern look of the place made it feel fresh and comfortable.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

Absolutely perfect for families

Pros: The villa had so many things for the children, toys, cot, swimming equipment, bath mats, pretty much everything we could need! Well stocked kitchen which makes cooking easier, so many places don't have this and cooking can be a challenge. It was the outside space that really attracted us and it did not disappoint, it gave plenty of room for three energetic under 5's to run and play. The contact with the hosts and the local manager was perfect, really quick responses and nothing was too much trouble. I have already recommended to friends as I was so impressed and I'm not normally easily impressed. It was perfect for our young families but would be equally as good for adults groups.

Cons: One of the bedrooms had a window without a blind which meant an early wake up call from the 4 year old every morning but I let the hosts know and they have already looked into getting a blind for it. Would have been nice to have a few cupboard basics in the kitchen, oil, salt & pepper etc just to help with cooking. But there wasn't really anything we didn't like, just some bits which would have made it 10/10! Beds were a little hard for me, but then I like very soft mattresses, didn't stop me sleeping like a log as it was so quiet and peaceful.

Pros: Very friendly welcome and good organisation and communication in advance. Lovely villa, very private with great amenities and finished to a high standard. Great pool and seating areas. Overall a fantastic place. Walking distance to shops and a few small restaurants and bars. Otherwise, Uber does the trick!
