Villa Cavaco

A lovely house which made a fabulous holiday, I would recommend

Pros: Fabulous that each room had its own bathroom. Rooms were clean and spacious, some with balconies. Lovely outside space with pool and grace area at the sides and at the front. Lovely flowers hanging above a table outside. Open plan downstairs. Felt safe and great location. Fabulous that there was plenty of sun loungers and a BBQ. Half way through, fresh towels/bedding had been provided which was a lovely surprise.

Cons: Not having an option to heat the pool. The kids weren’t able to play as long as they wanted to because they were cold. The kitchen for the size of the property or for a group to use, was a little small. Having a communal toilet perhaps downstairs would have been a bonus as once children are asleep in rooms meant bathrooms couldn’t be used without the risk of waking children.

Brilliant stay - everything was great especially the value for money and customer support !

Pros: Villa accommodation, location and facilities (including the pool) were top class as was the value for money - Fantastic

Cons: Some neighbouring villas are in the process of modernisation and Villa Cacao will probably need to follow suit at some point in our opinion.

Spacious, clean and lovely pool area.

Pros: Lovely clean villa, good facilities, great pool, rooms spacious. Easy access, everything we needed. Very flexible with check-in/ out, which helped us greatly due to our flight times. Helpful when we couldn't initially get in, with English speaking staff - then we realised we were at the wrong house, which was our mistake and access was very easy.

Cons: Kept running out of hot water, there were six of us who showered daily and we ran out every day, with a couple of us having cold showers, if there had been 8 guests this would have been even more of an issue. The shower head in the bathroom facing the front needs replacing as direction all over the place. Option for a basic welcome pack with water, tea coffee pods, and maybe a,pastry or savoury option would have been beneficial as it's a fair walk to the local shops for supplies if you don't have a vehicle. Umbrellas, it's a fair walk to the shops /bars unless you take a taxi or have a vehicle. A nice touch would be a couple of umbrellas for people to use in case of rain, as it rained most of our stay. It would have been a nice touch.

Cozy villa

Pros: Villa Cavaco was cozy and had more than everything you need. The pool was wonderful - and kept immaculately clean - and the outdoor space was great. Albufeira and Portimao are some of the great cities that we visited while we were there and we had an amazing time in their restaurants and bars. You can experience a perfect holiday only when you choose the right place to be and enjoy the most beautiful villa you could imagine.
