Beautiful house, small items would make it perfect

Pros: The villa itself was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. We were so grateful for the brilliant air-conditioning in all rooms, good bathroom facilities and a perfect pool. We loved the games room and the bedrooms were all comfortable and of a good size. There were plenty of bathroom towels and pool towels available, which were really useful.

Cons: There was only one standard oven, we all felt that a house for up to 16 adults required more extensive cooking facilities. There were no choping boards, too few serving bowls for salad etc and we had to buy cold drinks jugs as the one small jug provided was heavy cut glass and impractical. The bbq was small and placed in such a way that the cook was isolated from the rest of the family, it was also not directly accessible from the kitchen making communication and transportation of food awkward to and from the bbq point. On arrival, the garden had only one sun shade. We were disappointed as we had been in direct conversation with the holiday company during the week prior to our arrival to ensure that there would be enough parasols and sun bed cushions for our party. We raised this with the house manager during our introductory tour and were assured again that they would be provided. We then requested these items by phone and messenger on multiple occasions reminding him that we had young children and elderly family members on the holiday making protection from the direct sun essential in order for us all to safely use the garden and enjoy the holiday. We felt the response from the house manager was greatly lacking. Late in the afternoon on day 5 of our 7 day holiday one additional parasol eventually appeared in the garden. I would make others aware that the bank charged us an additional £299 fee on our holiday payment, on enquiring this related to currency exchange.

Pros: Location was perfect for a family holiday, 5 min walk to the beach and the beach cafe which was perfect for a snack and a quiet drink by the sea. Accommodation was spacious considering we had 15 staying in the villa, plenty of space to avoid tripping over each other, towels provided including towels for use at the beach. Supermarket within a 10 min walk, Uber service was excellent so the Old town and other areas were always very accessible. Cost to the old town by Uber was anything between 4 & 8 euro for 4. Uber XL slightly more expensive but takes 6. Waterpark was €19, algarve shopping centre was €11.

Pros: Pool area is very nice. Good location, ten minutes walk to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The house is big, bright, spacious and clean. All rooms are good size.

Cons: Most of the bedrooms don't have ensuite bathrooms. Instead, the bathrooms are located next to the bedrooms.

Pros: A casa é muito espaçosa ideal para um grupo grande. Tivemos um problema com a pia da cozinha e foi resolvido prontamente.

Cons: Falta de pontos de luz e tomadas no jardim e na zona de jantar exterior.Uma das portas essenciais para o exterior não tinha chave , impossível de utilizar . Reclamei logo no dia da chegada mas não resolveram até ao fim da estadia.A zona do churrasco não tem luz suficiente .

Pros: Fajna lokalizacja, blisko plaży. Spokojna okolica. Piękny, bardzo wygodny dom i duży basen. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia.

Cons: Zepsute rolety w oknach, które nie pozwalają wyjść na taras i podziwiać widoki.

Fantastiskt prisvärt boende för dem stora familjen

Pros: Stort hus med mycket plats för umgänge. Många sovrum och stort poolområde. Läget var toppen, nära strand, mataffär. Billigt och ta sig till Albuifera med Bolt. Bra att det fanns barnsäng och barnstol och barngrindar i huset.

Cons: Endast en dubbelsäng fast det stor att det skulle vara tre. Välutrustat kök, dock slöa knivar och saknade skärbräda. Fågelbo vid matbordet vid uteplatsen som gjorde att fåglarna bajsade där. Men detta var småsaker i sammanhanget. Fantastiskt boende, prisvärt.
