Awesome stay in Boliqueime

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The property was a beautiful, traditional home with so much authentic charm and character, exactly what we were hoping for. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was peaceful yet close to everything. Mr. Helder was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help and make sure we had a great experience. We truly felt at home here and would definitely come back.

Perfect holiday

Best host in Portugal

Pros: The host was waiting for us outside and kindly show us around the house. The house was clean with everything you need. Beds were comfortable and smell nice. There is a parking space in front of the house. We slept very well as it is a quiet area.

Pros: Its located close to Faro, Algarve, Albufeira,Tavira & cabana Island. We rented a car which helped us do lot more. Loule market & Christmas lighting was incredible. We took a train to Lisbon from Albufeira, which is 3 hours journey, very comfortable. Since it was same day return, parked the car at station which was free. Lidl & Aldi are in a walking distance (15 mins). Helder is a lovely man, he brought us food on the first day and guided us throughout, which wS very kind of him. Perfectly located to view sunrise from the kitchen door, you can spot the beach at a distance too. I rate 9 as wifi was laggy, mere browsing was a challenge.

Pros: We were self catering so made our own breakfast but Helder our host made sure there were a few items in the fridge so we did not have to go out right away to buy food. This was our second visit so we knew what to expect. The salt water pool is excellent and quite private with a big patio for sun bathing.

Cons: The beds were a bit creaky and the mattresses were not that comfortable.

Perfect holiday

Pros: Been to villa before and the stay was just as good last time. Very clean and everything you need for a perfect holiday. When you arrive the owner provides all the basic essentials and some not so basic (beer & wine) so you don't have to rush to supermarket. Heder is always at the end of phone for any problems you may have. Last year stayed for 3 weeks this year 3 weeks have booked again for same next year completely recommend this holiday let .

Excellent stay!

Pros: Amazing host, Helder was fantastic. and superb property. Pool and outdoor area bigger than it looks in photos. Fridge with beer, wine and supplies on arrival was a great touch. Perfect base for seeing the Algarve.

Pros: Exceptional, generous welcome from the owner: he offers EVERYTHING at least for 2 meals + essential condiments, toiletries, dishes, laundry... 1000 THANKS AND 👏 TO HELDER! Preference for ground floor: outdoor space + large and + sunny ⚠️there are only 8 steps which separate the kitchen (+dishwasher) from the rest of the apartment = advantage because same level as the swimming pool + corner meal+barbecue+ deckchairs and parasols+ laundry room with additional shower and toilet and with washing machine: really practical! Very spacious accommodation (100M2) ultra clean with comfortable bedding, pillows, bath towels. Boliqueime is a village preserved from the mass tourism of the coast, +/-15 min. by car from the nearest beaches, right in the center of the Algarve to travel by car from Sagres 🌅 to Tavira✨without forgetting Loulé 👌ni Almancil💒... visiting many delicious restaurants with very rich human encounters! Book with your eyes closed, we recommend at 💯%

Like our first stay, this was another beautiful relaxing holiday in a quiet part of the Algarve.

Pros: Our second stay in Solar Da Tirosa (May 2024) and as beautiful as last years visit (Oct 2023). The private raised terrace benefits from the morning sun and the pool (down a flight of narrow exposed stairs) gets full sun from midday til early eve. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and the decor is relaxing throughout A nice powerful shower with easily adjustable heat control and the washing machine really helps reduce luggage. The host is helpful and communicative and takes a pride in presenting the property at it's best. He also respects his visitors privacy and leaves you to enjoy his beautiful house without inspection.

Cons: Air conditioning would always be a benefit as using a fan can be noisy at night. The TV/Sitting room has two single armchairs and not enough comfort for couples to relax if wanting a night in. The different levels of flooring within the apartment could be clearly marked as my partner kept stubbing her toes.
