A great place for a family holiday

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at the Villa, which was perfect for our blended family. We loved the pool area which had several different areas for dining and relaxing, and enjoyed having access to the lovely grounds filled with exotic plants and trees. Debbie was a great host, able to provide us with information and recommendations for days out and the local area. We'd love to go back one day.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! It fit our group of friends comfortably and the grounds are stunning—peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Debbie was the perfect host and was incredibly welcoming and full of helpful suggestions that made our trip even more enjoyable. The amenities were great and we'd highly recommend Quinta Padeiro for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Beautiful villa with stunning gardens 😍

Pros: The villa is beautiful with stunning gardens. It has all facilities needed, and the host Debbie was super helpful at all stages and went over and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Would 100% return.

Cons: It's not a criticism, but you would need a car in this location. Although the town is quite close, there are no footpaths most of the way, and it can be quite dangerous with a pram or small children. In saying that, taxis are available and cheap, and the host also helped us out with transport issues a number of times.

Spacious and relaxing

Pros: A lovely villa, very spacious and each bedroom had its own bathroom, which helped with 3 teenagers. Air conditioning was essential in the heat, and very welcome. Our family spent a lot of time by the pool, there was plenty of shade available. The kids loved the visits from Debbie's (very chilled-out) dogs and cats and were sad to say goodbye.

Cons: There was a plumbing problem in one of the bathrooms but this got sorted quickly. The huge kingsize bed looked very welcoming, but was in fact very hard, and my wife and I both have bad backs so were not comfortable.

The perfect Portuguese getaway, will definitely be back.

Pros: Quinta Padeiro was a fantastic place to stay, it was in a great location, plenty of room in the house, a very relaxing atmosphere for a laidback getaway. Great restaurants nearby as well as other local attractions. This is the perfect place to stay for a family holiday.

Cons: To access the house the GPS takes you down an extremely narrow road which wouldn't be accessible with a larger vehicle, there is another route to get to the location but you would have to know this beforehand to adapt route. For our stay, we were informed that a manager would be on the premises at certain points in case we needed anything, however, on this occasion, the host was there the entire time and this made the property not feel completely private or exclusive.

Nice location ,near the beach .. nice restaurants very nearby ..

Pros: Very nice for us in terms of having a disabled daughter.. lovely bathrooms .. Nice outside dinner area ..
