Pros: Brilliant villa , plenty of space , nice size pool , quiet and clean. Great garden and balconies with views 👌. Good water pressure for showers.
Cons: A bit tired in parts (canopy ripped badly, not enough bedding on arrival , air-conditioning fault in 1 bedroom)

Quiet location, great house for big families.
Pros: Quiet location, secure gated community.the kitchen was well equipped. The agent Nuno was very helpful. Many TV channels available. Ideal property for a big family.
Cons: Internet connection was very poor upstairs. Bathrooms could be cleaner and toilet seat falling off in master bathroom. All showers are handheld, can be easily mounted on the wall for future clients.

Overall, it’s a fantastic villa
Pros: We truly enjoyed our stay at the Stunning Villa with Pool. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place, ideal for relaxation. The setting is beautiful, and the villa provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this villa for family holidays—it’s perfect for spending quality time together.
Cons: The only downside was the lack of some basic kitchen and household essentials. There was no tea, coffee, sugar, salt, or laundry detergent provided, which we missed having on hand. A small supply of these items would have made the stay even more convenient.

Pros: Just everything worked as it should. Nuno is a great host because he didn’t need to do anything while we were there as everything had already been taken care of. A couple of calls to make sure we were okay was all that was we needed.
Cons: Nothing. A great place to stay

Perfect Long weekend away .
Pros: Would recommend to everyone, very clean , secure , private, great location to marina, strip, beach and old town via cab . The layout of the villa is excellent. Loved the shutters as added extra security . Air conditioning works perfectly. Very spacious. Only a small dip pool but was clean and ideally for cooling off. Excellent valve for money. Owner and sons communication was excellent, professional, and fast reply to any queries.
Cons: Basic Welcome pack of water & milk , could help late arrivals .

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt- würden wir wiederkommen
Pros: Alles da was man benötigt. Sehr geräumig - 4 SZ und 3 Bäder. poolboy hat regelmäßig den Pool gereinigt. Bei Fragen oder Problemen hat Nuno sofort reagiert.
Cons: Kleinere Schäden - Lampe funktionierte nicht, Türen klemmten

Excelente estadia!!
Pros: Excelente custo benefício, casa muito boa, condomínio fechado, fácil acesso para o centro da cidade e praia, em torno de 15 minutos de carro. São 2 suítes e 2 quartos com um banheiro, camas, sala, cozinha muito boas. Tem um quintal com piscina muito agradável A recepção foi excelente, muito atencioso, indicou várias opções de praia e restaurantes que fizeram a diferença em nossa estadia.
Cons: O que foi ruim é que o ar condicionado de uma suíte estava quebrado, morremos de calor a noite e o gás do chuveiro não dava conta de abastecer a casa, por várias vezes a água do chuveiro estava gelada O responsável disse que iria dar manutenção
