Villa Clara Premium by Sunny Deluxe

I’d recommend to any large group visiting Albufeira!

Pros: The location of this property was perfect! Such a safe area and a 10 minute walk to the main strip in the new town. The old town was further away but was a cheap uber (Bolt) 10mins to the Old Town. The decor has recently been updated and the pool was gorgeous. The villa is huge and staff are very communicative, Ariana you were the best. The rooms are well sized and well air conditioned I totally recommend to any large group that can afford to be here.

Cons: The only things I would improve is the pool maintenance being more regular as we had to call out the pool maintenance as the pool went green due to low water levels from 14 people using the pool, not our fault but they could definitely make them come daily I’d say. The last thing is that the shutters on the windows were pretty worn and tired and there was one taped smashed window but it was behind a curtain and never bothered us at all. There was also no safe in the villa only a one without a lock but again, it’s a very safe area and we’ve never had a problem with hiding our valuables instead.

Villa Clara is in an excellent location for a visit to Albufeira and proved a great base.

Pros: It is in a quiet street but close to shops and restaurants, and only a brief walk to some amazing beaches.

Cons: We had a few issues during our stay but the management team at Sunny Deluxe have been very responsive. Since our return, they have even sent me photographs showing improvements they have made as a result of our feedback.

Loved it, amazing memories at a lovely villa. Nice, quiet, convenient location!

Pros: Location - lots of bedrooms, pool was lovely, lots of sunloungers and other chairs to sit on!

Cons: More large mugs for cups of tea would have been good :)

Wonderful family holiday in a spacious villa, great facilities, excellent communication.

Pros: Fantastic location and so much space for our family to enjoy a lovely relaxing break. Lovely pool and outside area. Great communication from the host. They were able to accommodate our early check in which was fantastic. We all had a wonderful relaxing holiday. There was an issue with the hot water which was very quickly resolved. It was lovely and clean and tidy and has everything we needed for a relaxing holiday.

Cons: The villa could benefit from a bit of tidying up. It looked a little tired in places ie some shutters broken, a broken window, decorating needed in places. But it’s a large villa which obviously has lots of people coming and going so hard to keep on top of the upkeep all the time I can imagine.

Pros: Good size for 13 of us that went. Plenty of bathrooms and close to bars and supermarket

Cons: Could do with a refurbishment. It's looking abit tired but was fine for 13 lads. Also didn't like the fact that everyday we were there so were the gardeners. First day they were digging out for water sprinklers. Second day they wet us while we were sun bathing testing the sprinklers. They also had a hosepipe trailed over the outdoor sofas and past the dining table Then they were cutting the bushes with a petrol hedge trimmer making loads of noise while we sat right next to them outside. Third day came back to tidy up from making mess digging out sprinklers and then started cutting the hedge

Pros: Great space, pool area and plenty of beds. Great amount of tables, chairs and loungers. Pool filter was cleaned for us on the Friday which was great.

Cons: There were no outside containers for rubbish as we were told there was. Nor bin bags or even soap for dishes as we had been asked to leave accommodation clean. Doors were stiff. Building site beside was noisy and sometimes debris crossed over to us at the pool.

A really stunning property with a good location. Hosts were fantastic and really helpful.

Pros: The location is perfect with local shops less than 2 minutes around the corner. The strip at the new town is a 15 minute walk at most along the main road, easy to follow and get to as well as a number of restaurant's and access to the beach nearby. The property inside and surroundings were also very clean.

Cons: Although it is clean, there are quite a number of ants outside near the lounge area. Personally doesn't bother me you're always going to get creatures outside, but can be annoying when they start to climb the beer cans.

Uma passagem de ano bem passada em familia.

Pros: A localização, aquecimento central (depois de ter lá ido o técnico e ter colocado a funcionar)

Cons: Cozinha com poucos utensilios e frigorifico fraquinhos.

Super Unterkunft, mit viel Platz.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war wirklich super und auch sehr sauber. Sehr geräumig, viel Platz. Sehr schöne Terasse mit Pool. Die Hintransfer lief ohne Probleme ab.

Cons: Leider gab es Probleme mit dem Rücktransfer.
