Amazing clean spacious appartment.

Pros: Amazing location, clean and lots of natural light.

Cons: We arrived late in the evening and all the shops closed at 8pm. It would have been nice to have water, milk bread etc.

Pros: Cleaning staff very friendly. Location excellent. Nice pool area which is quite.

Great place but needs some TLC

Pros: Location was great and the staff / cleaners were super friendly, they literally couldn't do enough for you. It was a great place to stay in most part.

Cons: When we arrived there was a pair of women's soiled knickers under one of the beds, we also found other items that must have belonged to the previous occupants including a fan. There was a shower curtain over the bath, at the bottom of which there was what looked like black mould. The same could be found between the wall tiles. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and definitely need replacing as they gave us all back ache. There were some broken tiles in the pool that were sharp on the foot. All of the above could be sorted easily and if sorted we would have been tempted ro book again.. It didnt spoil our stay too much and the resort was otherwise nice. Just needs some TLC

Pros: Location was excellent, walking distance from the old town.

Perfect Accommodation in a Great Location.

Pros: The accommodation is perfect for a family / friend getaway. Close enough to the beach and restaurants - yet far enough away from the madness. So peaceful. Accommodation so spacious and well equipped. Small Supermarket and Pharmacy just around the corner for all the daily needs. Highly recommend.

Pros: All good, a suitable property for the needs of our party which was clean well appointed and close to all the resort amenities of Albufeira. Swimming pool clean.

Great value for money

Pros: Very easy check-in with zero hassle. The staff present were very lovely and always friendly and helpful. The pool was quiet and relaxed for our whole trip. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with cutlery, we could very easily have cooked dinner for our group of five even without an oven. The tv is modern with a HDMI plug, me and my friends were able to connect a laptop and even play on a switch console. Three bedroom and three bath was heavenly for five people. The showers were my personal favourite,, amazing high pressure and I wish I could've taken it home with me. If you're on the fence about booking I would highly recommend. Outstanding value for money in my opinion. Clean, comfortable and no fuss.

Cons: The property is on a hill which wasn't an issue for my group but if someone had mobility issues it could be a cause for concern. It wasn't anything too steep or cumbersome. What would give this property a ten for me is if they had a washing machine for the villa. Overall there wasn't anything I disliked or hated!

Fantastic villa, would highly recommend.

Pros: Fabulous apartment for all the family or big group. We were in villa 6 at the end so could see the sea from upstairs balconies. It was perfect that all 3 double bedrooms were spacious, had their own bathroom and all had balcony or access to the lovely terrace. Kitchen small but perfectly equipped. Its self catering so we were happy to buy all our own essentials (toilet roll, shower gel, salt, tea, coffee, etc.). Cleaners were lovely and always offering to change beds and towels. Carmen the owner/manager was always available and quick to sort a couple of small issues we had. Sleeping was quiet, cool and comfortable with aircon/heating in all rooms if needed, plus shutters in every room to keep out sunlight if desired. Pool area is lovely, and entire area is very secure with free parking available. Excellent location, walking distance to everything!

Cons: Bedrooms need mirrors! Otherwise you can't do hair and makeup in the bedroom if someone is in the bathroom. A simple fix that would make a big difference. These are big family villas and definitely need washine machines! The terrace is lovely but needs sunbeds to be useable on sunny days. There was a dog that barked a lot but it was no huge problem for me.

Perfect accomodation for a family holiday

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely return. It is the perfect location for a family holiday. A short walk to Old town elevators and beach. A lovely clean spacious villa with everything you need. Great quiet pool which our kids loved...we had it to ourselves most times we visited.

Cons: It was a little hard to find on arrival. A photo of front gate would have been useful. Although property was clean on arrival and maids were friendly, we were a little disappointed that the bedding wasn't changed and the villa wasn't attended to during our week stay (we were given clean towels though 🙂)
