Huge clean villa, the perfect base for a February holiday.

Pros: Huge clean villa. Lovely staff. Peaceful location. Within walking distance of the old town. We did pay as you go at the buffet as we wanted to try local restaurants, we were happy with the food and service. Indoor pool was ideal in February.

Cons: As it was February much of the resort’s facilities were closed. We were glad we weren’t all inclusive as we would have struggled for entertainment.

Great resort

Pros: Lovely big apartment, perfect for family. Staff were amazing - very helpful and accommodating. Nice to see staff being friendly with one another in the dining room - seems to be a nice place to work. The staff at the kids club were full of energy and worked hard to ensure the kids had fun, which they did. Varied programme of activities eg gymnastics, arts and crafts, kids salon. Shuttle bus into Albufeira was very handy.

Cons: The food was okay but not amazing. The kids were happy with it though and it’s still very good value for what the all inclusive costs. It’s a bit of a walk into Albufeira (about 30 mins and with roundabouts etc) but there’s a regular shuttle bus. Need to book indoor pool and slots are limited but we still managed to get a slot each day.

Pros: The property was very spacious allowing the stay to be very comfortable

Pros: The room was lovely, the children activities, the shuttle to the center

Cons: The kitchen wasn't so well equipped

Pros: Staff very welcoming nothing to much trouble all inclusive amazing how much choice you had. Apartment lots of room and very clean whole resort well-maintained and everything easy to find. All those not very busy as early December staff kept everyone busy aduls and children well entertained. Shuttle to the Old town a great asset. We arrived early hours of the morning as our flight was diverted we were welcomed with food water milk tea and coffee. A really lovely place to stay.

Cons: There was nothing to not like.

Pros: Very welcoming, food was fabulous and there was a great selection. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

Pros: Very relaxing, as I was with family it was perfect .

Cons: The evening and breakfsst arragements , no order to the serving arragements.

Pros: The facilities were great. The staff were excellent, so helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons: Very minor, but it was hard to find pool towels and the towel station by the main pool was unattended for large portions of the day.

We liked it and a variety of activities after 8.

Pros: We traveled in the middle of October, and the weather in the area was still good (around 22 degrees Celsius, but it felt hot when the sun was shining). One of the things I liked the most was being able to open the window at night and enjoy the quietness outside, which helped us sleep better. Additionally, we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere in the living area where the houses are situated.

Cons: We were disappointed that the entire villa was filled with British guests. As a result, the breakfast menu was catered towards them, but it was still easy to find something to eat. We were not happy with the noisy air conditioner in house number 93 and the bathroom tube that didn't work well. Overall, the equipment seemed old and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, there was no coffee machine in the house, and there were no cleaning detergents provided for at least one use, despite having a dishwasher or washcloth available. The evening entertainment program (Circus) was scheduled to start at 8:30 pm but often ran late, making it too late for kids.
