Perfect for the relaxed weekend

Pros: Location is perfect, you have ocean view from the terrace. The room was comfortable, accordingly the price there is nothing to complain :)

Pros: Great value for money ..yeah there are some things that are a bit old,like furniture and all that ...but it's clean ,it's close to the beach ,close to the airport...for that money ,you can't ask anything more than that .. would definitely come back

Pros: Location is fantastic 3 min walk to bus stop ,10 min to ferry ,2 minutes to beach ,rooftop view amazing

Cons: Wifi wasnt working but neither was the bars next door so obviously an issue due to the weather i was told ,my stay was in febuary and weather was attrocious so highly understandable,only two coathangers in room sufficient for me but a couple would struggle

Pros: great location, 50 meters to beach, 3 km to airport , you can reach by bus / scooter / uber, minimarket close, parking directly at the house, beach + bars next to it, great walks to beach + along the peninsula. the stuff was great; I made some ideas regardimng back yard, door, security, beach acess, electricoty, + they managed that same day, outstanding. great local manager + cleaning stuff, all from brasis + all very nice + helpful. Bath + kitchen was all fine. Accoring to older reviews, there is NO mold or rost n the rooms, alltough estate is exposed to the ocean. wifi was ok.

Cons: make sure to really close glas doors to balcony in Maya/Gaya: forigner could enter upper floor via stairway from back yard. check wiring + fuse of AC in maya maybe, supply washing mashine with fuse + elec for bath/wet rooms to avoid short curcuit, check elec distribution for upper area 2

Pros: Location, lage, close to beach & airport, 20 m to beach, 3 km from airport, Easy to reach by bus uber lime .clean bathroom & kitchen, good wifi, good balcony, great rooftoop with subrise & senset, perfect, will def book again in summer. Ac heating cooling tv wifi water cooker fridge all there. Parking next door, Easy checkin checkout

The view from the roof terrace is amazing , value for money exceptional

Great location, shame about the other guests

Pros: The location was perfect, it was so easy to check in and out with the coded key safes. The kitchen was a great facility as it allowed me to put water in to keep cool. The hosts were easily contactable.

Cons: The door to the room was either too big or the hinges had dropped, but to close the door required a strong slam, which made me feel bad of the noise. Also at no fault of the hosts, the room next to us had guests who were drunkenly shouting at each other, the male guest attempted to access my room via the shared balcony which was intimidating, they broke their door, and stayed up all night making a lot of noise making it impossible to sleep. By the morning time they had put a do not disturb sign on their door which was actually quite comical given the disturbance they'd made all night.
