Loved it and will be back

Pros: Great little villa on the way to Julia beach. Lovely classic Portuguese style making you feel you are truly in Portugal. Quiet and peaceful location but close to everything you need. Comfortable beds and good aircon !

Good house at great location

Pros: We had a fantastic family stay at this beautiful villa. The gardens are spacious and well maintained, and the pool is a great size—perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. The location is peaceful and quiet, ideal for relaxing, yet just a short drive from all the shops, restaurants, and beaches you could need. A special mention goes to Nuno, who manages the property. He was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful.

Fantastic, good value for money and would recommend!

Pros: Great location, spotlessly clean and the hosts were very accommodating with our requests for 2 travel cots and an earlier check in. The pool was fantastic and the whole villa offered great privacy.

Cons: The only issue we had was finding the property but that was quickly resolved with a message to the hosts.

Pros: The location was excellent, the management and cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. The villa had lots of space, the bathrooms were very modern, the pool and grounds were well looked after.

Excellent house. Very attentive and helpful staff. Highly recommend for family trip.

Pros: Wonderful location. Near supermarket, restaurants and beach. 30 mins from airport. Comfortable rooms with pool table and table tennis. Well equipped kitchen.

Amazing price quality, would really recommend!

Pros: Amazing price quality, very much value for money. The house and garden where very big and well maintained. Even though everything was a little bit older it was all in perfect working order. The view and location where amazing. The pool and garden very nice. Everything was correctly done. The trashcans had trashbags, there was toilet paper in every bathroom and there where more than plenty of clean towels. The house was very clean and the local host even came to bring us fresh picked amazing strawberries. We had such a lovely time staying in the house, cooking, using the bbq and even the washing machine.

Cons: Almost no things could’ve been better. Not worth mentioning.

Pros: Very quiet location, close to facilities House cleaned regularly Host was brilliant whenever we had to contact them. Very helpful and offered advice and support when needed.

Cons: Instructions on how to find property on arrival could have been more explanatory. We arrived late at night, but host came out to find us & take us to the property.

Wonderful escape in the perfect location

Pros: This villa is in an amazing location with free land either side and views out over a beautiful golf course. The villa is in prime location for Julia’s beach, fine restaurants and shopping facilities, although you will need a car to reach these areas, such is the layout of the area. The pool and villa was clean and quiet - a real gem amongst modern villas. I can’t sing the owner, Nuno’s, praises enough, he was welcoming and worked around our timings whilst inviting feedback so he could improve for future visitors - a real delight to deal with.

Cons: There were a few small suggested improvements that Nuno was more than happy to rectify for the next visitors but nothing major. Pack your mosquito repellant as the midges are active due to woodland close by but this didn’t affect our stay - we’d definitely return!
