Villa Guerreiro

Pros: The villa was so well laid out. It suited our needs perfectly. We had a special needs child with us and he loved all the fruit trees in the garden. We contacted David the taxi man from your leaflet and we used him for the week. He was fantastic.

Cons: The steep hill on the way back from the shop.

Pros: Big spacious house, great pool. Bathrooms clean.and seem renovated. Parking at the property. 5minutes by car to the beaches. The management team responsive and helpful

Cons: The kitchen is outdated, needs something refreshing

Pros: The villa was very clean, facilities were good, the host was very accommodating and friendly. The pool was lovely.

Cons: The beds were uncomfortable, we had to buy absolutely everything when we arrived, but we expected that, the address on booking.com is not the actual address of the villa so we had a bit of difficulty with that.

Great well kept villa.

Pros: This property is beautiful, the grounds are mostly stunning. It’s very clean inside and out. Great communication from the staff, who are very helpful.

Cons: Didn’t like leaving 🙂

Wonderful stay-wish we had booked longer

Pros: Wonderful size house and seclusion but within minutes of Albufeira and lots of beaches-lovely clean villa with lots of fruit growing in the garden. Ground floor master bedroom was excellent. Pool was clean and just what we needed in the heat-so lovely!

Cons: Unfortunately there was a persistent barking dog in a neighbouring property who barked after dark. Got used to it but it was a nuisance at the start.

Pros: Lo bonito que era el jardín , la piscina , la casa , todo en general.

Cons: No hay nada que no me gustara.

Pros: Casa com muito espaço, espaço exterior muito agradável. Por do Sol incrível

Cons: Piscina ficou suja e o aparelho de limpeza não estava apto e não foi arranjada nenhuma solução. Não havia papel higiénico. Camas de cima um pouco desconfortáveis

Pros: Villa avec piscine 3 salles de bain Grande maison. Calme.

Cons: Pas de aspirateur,d outils pour faire le barbecue.un peu plus d assiettes de verres,et de couverts seraient bien. Toilettes dans la salle de bain La sortie sur la route. Manque de prise de courant.

Spacious house with modern bathrooms and well maintained pool in a perfect location.

Pros: Hosts responded to texts immediately and two minor issue we had were resolved right away. Location was perfect for us; close enough to beaches (1k+), centro (3.5k) and marina (2k), but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking, and if you don't have a car, the bus stop is across the street from the house. Uber to centro about 4E. Kitchen had everything you need to cook in and a bbq, and there are three restaurants and 2 supermarkets at the bottom of the hill that were open in the off-season. Orange trees on property too for mimosas!!

Cons: We had no complaints, but this is a corporate property. The house is great - roomy, good ac/heat, smart tv & cable tv - but there are no finer touches. The furniture is dated and minimal, all tile floors with no rugs, and there are no AirBNB-type 'perks' like welcome baskets and such. But price, size and location trump all of that. 6 adults would be totally comfortable here, and two families with children could easily split it. But unless you walk for exercise as we do, you'll have to drive most places.
