Pros: Good communication with Fernando. Villa was clean and had all the amenities that we were looking for. Excellent location for restaurants and bars.

A wonderful property - highly recommend!

Pros: The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Villa owner was very attentive. Kitchen utensils were clean and there were plenty of pans etc.

Cons: Nothing I didn’t like but a recommendation would be to have a mirror in the bedrooms so you can have an area to get ready without having to use the bathroom mirror.

Pros: Beautiful accommodation on Marina fabulous views. Pool a bonus, house easily fits 10 or more. Excellent host Fernando, allowed us to stay a little longer on check out day till we went to airport. Highly recommended 👌

Amazing, I would go back tomorrow

Pros: The villa is in a great location, the host was great and very helpful and explained everything we needed to know. The pool is shaded however in 32 degree heat and children it was perfect. Had everything we needed for the kids and adults.

Cons: Honestly can’t fault it.

A little gem

Pros: Location fabulous, walking distance to the beautiful Albufeira Old Town. Villa itself very comfortable with everything required for a holiday on site

I didn't want to leave, I could live with the Marina view every day.

Pros: Beautiful location, overlooking the Marina. Free Parking which was easy in front of the property. Pool bigger than expected. Very comfortable beds. Lot's of space.

Cons: The only issues was the ants in the kitchen which made it difficult to cook. The host was prompt in trying to sort but as he was out of the country it was difficult as he was reliant on others that did not manage the route of the issue. The host quickly compensated us and the issue reduced after a few days.

Relaxed stay at brilliant location

Pros: Very spacious, air con in all bedrooms was a blessing. Great location for exploring and everything needed on site if you stay in.

Fantastic property right in front of the beautiful marina with excellent host

Pros: The Villa was fantastic, very spacious, comfortable, clean and very well equipped for a family holiday, pool was gated, the host Fernando couldn’t have been more helpful, he attached stair gates for the safety of our toddler, the kitchen was very well equipped and the location was excellent, over looking the marina within a few mins walk to beautiful restaurants, supermarkets and bars, arcade, small amusement rides for children and beautiful scenery. The old town is about 5/10 mins by car, we used Uber to get around which cost about 5 EUR to the old town and took about 1 minute to arrive, no need to leave the villa or the surrounding marina though if you don’t want to, everything is on your doorstep, we’ll hopefully be back next year
