Pros: The cottage was amazing and in a perfect location. View from roof terrace was a real bonus, but the back area and roof terrace is in need of some TLC, which would not cost a lot! The roof terrace has a few trip hazzards ie. fake grass is loosely fitted and pieces of floor (on the terrace) were chipped/ missing. An information pack would also be helpful ie. where to dispose of bags of rubbish, where to get the tourist train, small shops close by to purchase milk, bread etc, just basic information, especially for first time visitors. There was a fault with an electric fuse which was dealt with immediately & which we really appreciated. A lovely clean,cosy cottage in the most convenient location. We would love to return to the property.

Cons: Lack of practical information! Maybe it would be good to know to bring dish drying clothes are there was only 1 provided.

Fantastic accommodation!

Pros: The location is a strong point of this property. Just above the beach, nothing you need is any more than a 10min walk away. Love the fact you get your own private terrace with sea views. Would highly recommend if visiting Albufeira.

Pros: Location is amazing, seafront views, so close to the beach and the old town - area felt very safe and quiet at night, away from the bars. Italian next door was great for our first dinner as we had an evening flight. Enjoyed the roof top terrace.

Cons: Property itself is a little run down but had everything we needed. There’s a knack to unlocking the door which took us a while to figure out but fine after that (keep turning the lock to the right whilst pulling the door towards you).

Pros: Property is in very good location 2 min walk to old town, very quiet so u will have a great night sleep ! Very clean comfortable! Staff were very helpful with anything we need it!

Pros: The location was excellent. Right across from the beach, very close to old town..there was a bottle of water left in the fridge and ice. Shampoo etc in the bathroom also.

Excellent stay for value of money on my trip in Albuferia.

Pros: Great location and views of beach from the roof top terrace.

Cons: Only dislike was the shower could've been better. Had a very slow drain and shower cabinet had issues closing properly.

Pros: Location was fantastic. Liked the roof deck. The booking service/host was very responsive to all questions.

Cons: Key box was wide open when we got there with key visible to all that passed by. The apartment could have been better stocked. Being that close to the beach, one would expect to see at least a couple of beach towels and perhaps a few beach chairs. When I asked about beach towels, I was told that they would provide to me to use for 5E per person. There was also no wine opener. There was no toilet paper holder so we had to put a roll of toilet paper on top of the bathroom trash can which is not very sanitary.

Pros: Dům se nachází v nádherné lokalitě, jen tři minuty chůze od pláže. Je vybaven vším potřebným pro pohodlný pobyt – od hygienických potřeb a prostředků na mytí nádobí, přes osušky až po drobnosti, které potěší, jako připravená voda, cukr, pepř či letáček s tipy na výlety. Velmi jsme ocenili klimatizaci v ložnicích, spolehlivou Wi-Fi a chytrou televizi. Online podpora ubytování byla vždy rychlá, vstřícná a ochotná pomoci s jakýmkoli dotazem.

Cons: Některé části vybavení by si zasloužily drobnou údržbu – například nože nebyly příliš ostré, záchodové prkénko bylo uvolněné a terasa působila zanedbaně. U bojleru jsme zaznamenali, že teče buď velmi horká, nebo studená voda, bez možnosti nastavit příjemnou teplotu. Praktické by bylo mít k dispozici více sáčků na odpad (na 9 dní jsme měli pouze dva), utěrku na nádobí místo ručníku a sirky na plynový sporák. Na kuchyňské lince se objevovali mravenci, ale k dispozici byl sprej na hmyz. Vzhledem k poloze mezi restaurací a barem je třeba počítat s nočním hlukem v ložnici orientované do ulice.
