Casa estupenda pero no tiene aire acondicionado

Pros: - Cerca de la playa y del centro pero en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo y muy seguro (barrio alto de la ciudad con cuestas, como todo Albufeira). - Fotos del anuncio totalmente fieles. - Mobiliario sencillo, pero suficiente. - Cocina completa (sin lavavajillas) Electrodomésticos en buen estado. - Dormitorios: armarios empotrados con mucho espacio. Colchones muy cómodos. - 1 Baño completo con ducha y un pequeño aseo. Muy bien reformados. - Terraza con vistas estupendas y ático con tumbonas según fotografías. - Parking privado.

Cons: - No tiene aire acondicionado!! y realmente es necesario (aunque el primer día amablemente nos trajeron ventiladores). - Las contraventanas están deterioradas y se pueden romper al ventilar con la corriente (es un barrio alto y a veces hay bastante viento). - El sofá-cama es incómodo.
