Pros: I liked the room I had in the past with its own terrace , but this time wasn't so good inside the hotel. Good to have a kitchen

Cons: I was given an alternative room to the one booked. It wasn't so nice. Not so much room. The bathroom had see through curtain so people from the street could see in. The kitchen was on another floor

Pros: We liked having a personal bathroom, and having a coffee machine cooker and fridge, one thing which wasn't a big deal at the start was not having an iron board and iron but other than that the staff were helpful and easy going and this was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it again, so would recommend

Cons: Just not having an iron, but couldn't say anything else, as we knew what to expect

Cons: Great balcony but The apartment has no sea view at all, which is says it had, the sea is a far way away but still excellently located. It is a shared apartment, other guests can be very noisy. No hair-dryer

Pros: It was very clean, well setup, the staff was very nice and helpful and communication was very easy The location was very good, close to everything important.

Cons: The bed was noisy

If only we had been given the original room right away!

Pros: The balcony with table and chairs was great. The shared kitchen was clean and well equipped, just needing tea spoons.

Cons: Upon arrival, we were told that we were getting an upgrade and were shown a smaller apartment with a tiny balcony in the main building. We were not very happy about this, so I went downstairs to speak to the manager. Whilst walking down the stairs I slipped and fell, hurting my back and side. The stairs had been mopped and were wet but with no warning signs to show that this had been done. We eventually spoke to the manager and requested the room that we had booked and were taken to the adjacent building where the apartment was. This apartment was fine although would benefit for a better shower that didn't wet the floor every time you used it. Our daughter arrived later in our holiday and again she was to be given an inferior apartment in the main building, rather than the one I had booked for her. After complaining, she was given a room near to ours, despite us originally being told that this was unavailable. It appears to us that the management are reluctant to let out the rooms that are shown on Booking.com and would rather have guests in the main building. If we had been given the room that we had originally booked, I would not have had the accident and enjoyed the holiday much more, rather than being constantly in pain.

A lovely comfortable stay.

Pros: Fast wi-fi; nicely decorated building and rooms; nice roof terrace and communal kitchens; friendly reception staff; very comfortable beds.

Cons: Bathroom was quite small (but nicely decorated); balcony was not big enough to sit out on.

Pros: The room was really nice, we liked that it had a balcony. There was a really spacious area and staff was nice. Location is perfect - close to the centre but far enough to be on a quiet street during the night. Everything was perfect for a short stay.

It was a very relaxing stay, wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Pros: Very nice,clean facility, large shared common included a game/reading/entertainment room and kitchen were available, so you could leave your room andenjoy extra space. Not much contact with staff but what little there was was good. Beds were comfy.

Pros: The flat was really beautiful and well furnished. Lots of shared spaces: living room, kitchen, balconies. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The getleman helped us book an Uber to the airport. Good location, close to the old centre. I would definitely stay again.

Pros: The place is basically an apartment with three rooms and a shared bathroom, kitchen and a living room. It felt very cosy and homey, close to the city centre, well equipped. I really liked that there was a little balcony for every room.

Cons: Little things - the wardrobe looked a bit dirty, had stains inside, so it was not exactly where I would want to put my clothes. The shower was clogged which caused a bit discomfort. You hear everything through the door so I felt lucky to have quiet people in other rooms, I can imagine that with a different daily schedule, it could be bothering.
