Excellent stay in a nice room in a quiet location.

Pros: The room was very clean and had all the facilities that I could want. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was hot, and the small kitchen allowed me to do some cooking. The location was quiet. There was no noise at night.

I loved it

Cons: A little bit far from public transport

Pros: Great service, lovely and clean. Everything you needed. Our second stay here and would come back.

Pros: Previously stayed at the Agua Viva twice before , We love the location and Frankies bar that's attached to the apartments , Rooms were very comfortable , clean and still a nice relaxing place

Cons: Sadly the Lovely Christina who used to run Agua Viva has decided to retire , and is now run by a letting agencey who have very strict rules and times for check-in, Our flight was an early flight and wd arrived at the accommodation around 10am but we couldn't check in until 4pm., Luckily a Man who runs the car rental place inside the reception arrived who arranged with a cleaner to stash our cases in storage room , where we slipped into our shorts etc , otherwise we would have melted while waiting for 6 hours to check in , , Apart from that we still had a lovely , enjoyable stay once we were allocated our room., Just hope Christina enjoys her retirement, as Hosts like that are hard to find these days , Will definitely return one day soon now I know to book a slightly later flight ✈️

Had fantastic getaway with hubby.

Pros: Location so close to the beach, short walking distance to the shops, and the pubs and discos.

Cons: Not the nicest smell in the area as well as in the room.

Overall it was a good stay, value for money and clean

Pros: The location was nice, not too far from the strip and main beach. Smaller beach just outside our apartment. Pool area was nice but a bit small

Cons: Having to wait for staff to come from a different location. Waited 30 mins. Pool area was nothing like the photos

Return visit to a favourite hotel.

Pros: Excellent lication, very clean room and helpful staff. Free car parking also a bonus.

Cons: The stairs to the rooms, as we are getting older we should have asked for a first floor room. Our mustake.

We will return!

Pros: clean apartment with a decent terrace. use of the swimming pool downstairs which was great, we were off season so no problem with beds. host Cristina was fabulous and readily available

Cons: the room was pretty small but ample enough for 2 adults

Pros: The property was well located, very clean and had all the amenities you could wish for we really enjoyed our stay.

Calm, quiet, comfortable, clean and great hospitality.

Pros: Quiet location, walking distance to a sheltered quiet calm beach. The room had everything needed for a short stay , and the facilities were impeccably clean and tidy. Very convenient kitchen and an ironing board on top floor as well as the use of pool next to the bar. Very secure and safe.

Cons: A bit of a long walk to the town centre of Albufeira but that is not the property's fault. Best have a car if you are not eager to walk a lot or get a taxi / uber.
