Palm Garden

Comfortable apartment, close to marina and beach.

Pros: It’s so close to the marina, easy to walk there and not too far away from Vilamoura beach or Falasia beach. The pool was perfect and our apartment was great for what we wanted.

Cons: Unfortunately it was a dirty tray in the oven and wet towels in the machine when we arrived. But this can’t really be blamed on the owner, but rather the guests that stayed before us.

Good large space

Pros: Great size. Lovely to have 2 balcanies, one either side of the living and dining spaces. Lovely views. Aircon/heat in every room. Big beds.

Cons: The doors to most rooms get stuck on the floor so you walk into them a lot. The oven door doesn't close properly so you have to put a chair against it. Furniture pretty dirty

Nice, clean and comfy.

Pros: The apartment is a really good size, and is spotlessly clean and very comfy. The pool is lovely also. It was a slight walk into Vilamoura, however this property represents extremely good value for money. The hosts were very quick to sort out an issue with key codes.

Cons: We had a slight issue with key codes provided by booming.com, however the host came and sorted out for us with very little inconvenience, even after I was a little unreasonable. I apologise and thank you for sorting the issue so swiftly.

Pros: Great location, apartment was enormous so much space could easily fit family of 6.

Good location and just an ‘ok’ property.

Pros: The location was good, short distance from the marina, facilities good and tv and WiFi good

Cons: A little tired, and old fashioned but knew from photos that was the case. The key code instructions were complicated and incorrect ( but should be ok future) misunderstanding at the start with agents but apologised, so good now .

8 out of 10 overall but better communication would have seen them getting a 9

Pros: Clean and tidy Good quality beds Good size for 4 people Spacious and roomy And they let us have an early entry - very appreciative of that.

Cons: Location wasn’t terrific if you can’t walk too far. Holes in the netting of the screen to the balcony. It was quiet - too quiet almost. Worse thing was the poor communication with them - particularly how to enter the Building - the code given was unclear (being kind) and the location of the actual apartment was just not there. - we had to phone them on arrival and they talked us through how to find it.

Great stay at this apartment, would definitely recommend, just a pity the weather wasn’t that great!

Cons: Building works next to the apartment with workmen, noise was not too bad a problem just unsightly

Get property. Amazing Location.

Pros: This was our 2nd stay at the property. Location is great. Property has all you could ask for. Easy check in system.

Cons: Wasn’t aware of the building work taking place next door. Which started at 6.30am weekdays.

We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend Palm Garden. location is great - less than 10 minutes walk to the Marin

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well kitted out and clean. There was a big smart TV in the sitting room which meant we could stream Netflix, Disney+ etc. The pool/garden area was well maintained and very quiet - we were there mid June and pretty much had the pool to ourselves.

Cons: There was some building work going on next door, and it was a bit noisy at times but didn’t take from our stay.
