Very good value

Pros: Flat is very spacious, and it's easy to park outside. You can walk to the marina in like 20 minutes, there's a super market 7min away. Lots of space in the bathroom too, which is great. There's a pool in the building too but didn't use it as I got sick. Overall, it was very good value for what I paid.

Cons: The mattress is not very comfortable. The TV and sofa placement make it very uncomfortable to actually watch TV. I ended up being sick half the trip and just watched series in my tablet... Lights in the room are super practical with a switch above the bed, but they make a buzz sound when turned on
